Agreed...all i know is when you look at the dtc's history for these type of things it doesn't look so great. Read up on native american energys ordeal with them. That was over a tenth of a percent of the shares outstanding. Kelley and assoc basicLly held the float at one point. Who knows how many shares dtc is calling into question. Obviously there are other options as has been mentioned but its a scary story when you comp to other firms threatened with the same

So don't take this as antagonism but rather a point of discussion because I own the stock but there are some points of concern I feel that makes me wonder if the "Kelley web" really disappeared once he liquidated his holdings.

    1. DGI Investor Relations - Also the investor relations people for CALI and KNDI and now defunct NOEC. So there's the very strong possibility that this is part some kind of "package deal" that kelly sets up with each company he plays this game with and they're just still unknowingly with them or have never been quite so concerned with IR in the first place. Still, this is undoubtedly a tie back to Kelly in one way or another given the other clients. Could be innocent, either way it doesn't look great.

    2. Howard Barth - This concerns me more than anything. The chairman of the audit committee perhaps has the most dismal resume I've ever read in my life if you do a little research. Read his bio as published by the Guanwei report. Each company aside from CALI he has served as a director for basically no longer exists. He's an accountant in Toronto and a known associate of Kelley's dad. Why??? look at the graphs of these companies he's served for and tell me you don't get a little nervous. I do.

3.Unweltagentur Erftstadt- This is posed as a widely acknowledged certification required by many German suppliers. google it. You get two things 1. the website for Mr. Mackenbrock ( you don't have to speak German to click it and realize its not much of a website at all. 2. Guanwei articles. From the 10-k..."Guanwei is one of the few plastics importer-manufacturers in China with a Compliance Certificate from Unweltagentur Erftstadt for meeting certain pollution and environmental standards" of the few because its hard to get or one of the few because its worthless?

There's a lot that I like about this company and think many things can be explained away...but I also have a few questions. Any thoughts? Trying to be constructive...not start a war here
