Thanks for the information. Today was a very good day for stocks. Too bad ATRO didn't participate. On the other hand, the downward spiral stopped.
I hope you're right and are richly rewarded for your courage! After a good earnings report I expected more of an uptick. But it's been dropping since the open at $48 yesterday. Honestly, I haven't a lot of money and have lost confidence in the company-- as have many other investors, apparently. Well, not the company as much as the industry they're in.
Didn't you add more when the price was in the 50's? You must be a real believer in ATRO. Looking at the results of the stock price for the year I'd say it's a dog.
Thank you. I'm not a very astute investor, however, do you have any ideas about the volume of shares traded lately? It's a lot more. Also, are you looking at any other companies with good prospects?
Thanks to all the "replyers" here. What bothers me most is the percentage decrease from the high. Has it lost about half its value? And because of that I wonder if there is something happening that the "little guy"-- me-- is unaware of. Look at the unusually large volume. At this level I can't sell anyway, but for me it helps to whine about it on a message board. (No one else will listen.)
Thanks, Guru, but let's be clear that at this point the stock is a great big dog. Do you see it getting back to $50 a share this year? How about $40?
I hope something works. The pps is now below 40. Eventually it will reach-- what? 35?
Two good questions, Whognu. I will defer to the experts on this board to give you better information. The price drop comes about because of the increase in outstanding shares, I believe.
