I don't have any inside information on what is behind the selling but perhaps some hoped-for contracts fizzled. In any case, if ATRO misses earnings estimates by even a penny it's back to the 50s. Zacks #1 rating may not last very long.
It's not easy to get excited by a company that loses money again and again and again. Why not invest in a winner?
Correct, SW. ATRO downgraded to neutral which means the analyst does not see any exciting growth and believes better opportunities lie elsewhere. Looks like a number of folks agree.
It's called stalling. They are hoping the business turns around but telling us if it doesn't they have a plan. What's the plan? They haven't decided yet.
More of the same. Absolutely disappointing. Oh, well. Maybe next quarter I can get back to breakeven.
Thanks, BC, for your advice not to sell. I didn't and today I'm glad I didn't. Nice closing price with good volume!
Why would it drop back to 12? The price seems to be making a fairly consistent move toward 15. I'm holding on here because it is making money, which is a good investment. And the dividend is attractive to investors, also.
This tub appears to be headed back to the 4's. Ugh. Personally, I like the companies that quietly earn money for the shareholders and DO NOT post "puff pieces" about their losing business every couple of days.
A lot of us are losers here and there is no end in sight, sadly. More pain for the rest of the year, at least.
