Phase III results by year end. Has sufficient funding to go through early 2016 - expected to be when FDA could give approval. Has small/growing revenue stream from plasma center.
Maybe nibble - small float.
Looking at buying maybe 25,000 or 50,000 shares of ADLG if I can get them below 10 cents. Management has huge stake, the technology and customer base is impressive, management has worked together previously and had profitable exit strategy with buyout...investor conference presentation from May looks good and shares are 50% lower than where insiders were buying then...there has been unexpected event of some employees leaving and being a tiny company it took its toll (company has lawsuit against them for stealing IP). But management says they want to increase customer accounts 3 to 4 times during 2014 and have growth strategy going forward. 10Q says they have sufficient funding through June 2015. Anyhow, let me know what you think - like I said, lottery ticket to buy, sock away and see if it hits in the next couple years. It's a bet on management.
I just can't get myself to do it.
I'm so happy that one is working out so well for you...I know how it feels when you have a good stock like that and you feel like you're in sync with the moves. Like you said - it's like an ATM for you. Hope it continues.
Eberwein is going to do another DRAD. He's filed the same 10b5-1 trading plan as he did with DRAD, but to purchase 375,000 shares. He's likewise been buying 5,000 a day.
I just bought a small amount and will periodically look to pick up more. Since he just took control of the board, similar to DRAD almost two years ago year, I think there will be a 6 to 12 month period to get things going his way.
Instead of jumping all in, my overall plan is to scale in and scale out of everything. Though I've done ok dealing with larger amounts at a time, I think I end out leaving too much on the table, and also giving myself ulcers when things don't immediately go my way. We'll see how it goes - hopefully less stressfully.
when this is over, shares are going to be left lower than where they began - then I'll be back scooping up the cheap shares between $2.00 and $2.20.
maybe it's next week, maybe next month - but the shares will fall back and hard. this entire move and the pumping behind it is the best joke going. same with DGLY - those will be back below $5 as well.
so sorry you were sucked in today.
sales will certainly not skyrocket in Q3.
funny how the new shareholders buy, then come here and pump.
Aw, you got me - how did you know? Let me tell you, my employer, they pay me boatloads of money to post about some tiny company where the volume is 10,000 shares on a good day.
You and AA would get along really well together - Dumb and Dumber.
I don't short, but I know a pump and dump when I see it.
You will sell your shares by Friday.
