The product has a tremendous disruptive future and all disruptive products (think ISRG--or the XRay Machine) cause lame brains to go into "SCAM" mode. Throw those people under the bus and realize disruptive products (think cell phones-iPads etc) end up as gret products. But the lack of confidence by insiders is a concern.
So the wise move is to probably low ball a standing order....One can always buy in but sometimes getting out is a real problem
