Why must they buy shares? They will get large bonuses and stock options the better Nuedexta does. Therefore they do not need to buy shares. Also you need to always consider, unless a scheduled automatic sale, they can not purchase or sell shares, if they are aware of something that is going to happen. To that point, if my memory serves me correctly, there is a ‘Sealed’ filing with the SEC As I recall it was allowed to be sealed from public viewing because the news could affect the stock price. Two choices for stock to move up or down: Hard to believe it would be bad news, with all the positive results and news since!

Does anyone know if this has been opened, if it has, I missed it?

My point is, it's hard to believe he is the actually one of the board at foundation mentioned, and posted same on the message board. If proven wrong, I will eat my words, make a point to visit him next time in SL and personally thank him for his service to our country.

?? Not sure what you mean. He nor I indicated he was a doctor, or did I miss something, in this or another post? There is only 1 Director and CFO, or did I miss that too?

We do get a lot of BS’ers on this board so forgive me for sounding like a 'Doubting Thomas', ‘warriors’ vs. Marines or men? Also why not but why not just sign your post... Rick? No doubt you will let those that need to know, know you have own the stock, before the article come out, that would go without question for a Marine.
