  • Agree new management may soon take over ... after all the BS is flushed out.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • All these “Experts” here are trying to tell us how to trade ELTP. How ignorant is that!
For some time now I’ve been trading about half my position while holding and building my core ELTP holdings recoup my original investments several times over now.
Good Luck longs have a great week!

    Sentiment: Buy

  • Still have open good-till-cancel BUY orders waiting on any further dips.

As mentioned last week typically trade half my shares in steep upticks with stop loss orders, ended up getting stopped out at $0.82.

After reading insiders also have been selling in this recent rally, with the heavy volume something else must be going, IMHO possibly a blind buyout attempt, so started buying back this AM.

We’ll see. Again long and strong, have a good week.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

With ELTP’s By-Law restatement out this morning looks lake management is concerned about losing control of its company to a third party. Looks like the dilution gravy train may get stop.
Long for some time and deleted about the future but also been concerned about share dilution; selling shares to make payments and collection 10% on the backs of its shareholders. I see it robbing Peter to pay Paul.
Maybe additional views of other Board of Directors members might not be such a bad idea for the rest of us shareholders.

Been Long and Strong and looking for better answers for better rewards.
    I am HOLD

    Sentiment: Hold

  • As mentioned earlier I typically trade half my positions based on volume and technical trends, volume, momentum and SMA valuations. First stop out was at $0.77 from the $0.97 high, momentum traded in the $0.60s, $0.50s and now $0.40s. Currently$0.355 in my entry, I'll add more on additional dips. As volume slows and price settles a nice uptrend may soon follow.

Looks the hype has settled and now anticipating May’s shareholders meeting, which I’m betting prices will be higher by then.
    Good Luck.

    Sentiment: Buy

Stay the course Pat, looks like you’ve done your research and know your due diligence.

As you can see a few long-term losers still can’t accept their past losses faulting others for their misfortunes. I’ve lost capital on CPOW, and also on other positions. But stayed with my convictions took my losses realizing past timing may not have been the best.

I too am long CPOW and more than made up past losses.

    Stay focused and Good Luck!

    Cathey2y,
That I don’t know; if someone told you with certainty that it will, they would be lying to you and you’d be a fool to believe them. IMHO when the technical bottom is hit, I think we’re close, you and I won’t have the opportunity to fully load up.

Since I truly don’t know the bottom, and my assessments has identified a good entry point the mid $0.30s with a high probability to make a great short-term gains. (May’s shareholders meeting) IMO several financial scenarios, positive for long shareholders will unfold which I don’t want to miss.
If it goes in the $0.20 I’ll add more, I’m willing to take the risk here in the mid $0.30.
    Good luck!

ook profits, sold on opening. May come back again in May. See better opportunities elsewhere for the newar term. For the next few weeks see more downside than upside. Just out, I don't short no optional stocks.

Been holding my core position of ELTP, but the last few days been doubling up again for trading purposes. See more sizeable upside for ELTP than downside here especially after the 4/23 FORM 10Q/A (Amendment No. 1)

IMHO, there may be more than one “Plan of Merger between Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc.(Delaware corporation) and Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (Nevada corporation).

    Good luck!

Someone just closed a “Short the Box” position from a 7/2 open trade short the box at .40 against their own long.
Shorting your own shares say 175K shares at .40 and covering it today at .34 that's over $10K in 7 weeks, plus still have the original 175,000 shares, may have even rounded that up to 200K shares now, and still pocket over $2,000.

Long and holding, have a good week.

    Good luck!

I’m not impressed after looking at the 10-Q.

Did you not read the 10-Q? If you buy a house 3 times the means of your income, you're not going to keep it too long before you get evicted, no matter what you'r good intentions.

Couldn’t agree with you more, I’m out too.
ELTP’s rapid deletion rate will soon empty the Balance sheet as stated in the 10-Q
I do see a lower entry point in the near future and may get back in again, it was a good ride.
    Good Luck

  • Per Accesswire 9/3/14 in part:
"The reduction by 70% of our authorized shares is just the beginning of our capital restructuring that will make our stock more appealing to investors and acquisition targets. We are beginning by reducing our authorized shares and explaining our share structure to demonstrate our commitment to creating real value in Clean Power Concepts. The next planned step is to retire a large portion of restricted, outstanding shares to treasury and to bring more value to all our shareholders." Mr. Shenher continued, "We are all very excited about the future of Clean Power Concepts. This is only the first announcement of positive change and more will follow."
We now have another piece of the puzzle. Shorts (hedge funds) were expecting bankruptcy, but now will be “required” to cover by year-end. major changes on Schedule D for long-term losses starting for Tax year 2015.

IMO “SHORT COVERING” by year-end makes CPOW a more attractive speculative position to hold and add to. From this point the potential of huge upside is much greater than the downside.

    Good Luck Longs!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
