    I do not yet own TBTEF. The drip plan conserves cash but also dilutes shareholders.
    The only ways I know to deal with a high share count is either (1) share buybacks or (2) reverse split.
    TBTEF does not have cash for share buybacks unless they increased debt- unlikely.
    Therefore, eventually, someday, TBTEF will likely deal with large number of shares with a reverse split.
    If anybody knows some other way to reduce share count, I would like to know how. I do not think they can grow their way out of it at current growth rate.

    Although traders can make money trading these penny shares, most of these penny companies are scams. It usually begins to unravel when investors figure out that the press releases these companies publish are full of false claims and unfulfilled promises. They are like a chain letter. You do not want to be the guy at the end of the chain.
