To open 19 stores by end of the year

the website for locations is always behind.........there are new franchisees/states not even listed. Look at it this way. How many franchise groups have been announced. Even if we ignore the 3 franchisees announced in the last 10 days, If half opened a store in Q3, and all opened a store in Q4, you would have the 16. Add 2 for corporate owned, and there is 18. 19 is very doable.

I have a bad feeling that a buyout is coming........no reason for this type of move unless someone knows something.....market cap is too low for someone, who sees potential, not to take it over, and harvest the gain that all the longs know is coming.

They have a good CEO in Randy Grier (?). All CEOs start somewhere, and for a company with $45 million in sales, you're not going to get a CEO experienced with a billion dollar in sales. Give this team time. A lot of good managers with experience at companys you would like this company become.

I've been saying that the Southeast is "under-served" and this takes a large step to correcting that. I would still like to see more stores in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina.

This is a good deal, but Alabama and Mississippi does not have the population and income that the other southern states do. Birmingham is a great place to build the base.

If PZZI can get to around 250 operating Pie 5s

Can we please stop all this talk about x number of restaurants open, and huge market caps. and focus on what is important. The company has 21 locations, and will probably get another 15 this year. That is all that matters. Everything else is just pie-n-the-sky for the moment. A franchise agreement for 20 locations, might allow 5-8 years to open that many. IF the stores do not produce the stores will never open. Situations change, franchise owners have a change of heart, etc. You do nothing productive by throwing around inflated numbers.

A market cap of $1,000,000,000 is a per share value of $125. Do you really think you will still be holding when the stock gets to half that amount? my guess is no.

I do not chose Whole Foods only for Organic Foods. There is an atmosphere, service, and selection that Walmart will never offer. Do you really think the clientele that elects to go to Whole Foods is going to go to Walmart. There will be competitors that continue to eat into the market share of Whole Foods, but it will not come from Walmart, Target, or any mass merchant

    Investor relations

Its not uncommon for a company not to talk with an analyst, or someone they do not know. There is a fine line with disclosing" non public information", and misleading the public by refusing to answer a question, that may have a material impact down the road. I would be more worried if the company spoke to anyone that called. When I was in the c-suite of a publicly traded company, we told anyone who wanted to get ask a question, to put it in writing, and submit to the investor relations dept., and we would decide how to respond a question by question basis, often there would be no reply. Its the reality of litigation in the world today

Put your question on this board, and I bet you could get an answer. There are a lot of knowledgeable people on this board. Who knows, there could be people from the company or the franchisees on this board.

Company said it expects 20 locations opening in the second half of the year.Thats more than one every 2 weeks. Since most companies realize its difficult to open new locations between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I expect weekly openings throughout Sept, Oct, and early November

so ??????? nothing new is in the annual report. Read the 10Q's, the SEC filings, and the quarterly reports, and you get everything in real time, not 6 months after the year ends.

you do realize that these stations take time to ramp up. No account has hundreds of vehicles on a lot, waiting to put them in service the day the station opens. All along, I've been saying this is a 2016 story.... Nothing about the trading over the past two days changes that. I have been selectively buying the stock for the past 10-12 months. Avg cost is under $10. This stock will increase, exactly when is anybodys guess.

Appears Inglewood CA CNG station opened at the airport.......there are green and white helium balloons tied off around the station. I have not yet seen a vehicle fueling yet, but its only a matter of time, and what better time than to open an Airport location on a long holiday weekend.

Ask and you shall receive; NEW LNG stations in Fontana, CA, Mesquite, TX, Sulphur Springs, TX, Valdosta GA, El Paso Tx, Sacramento Ca. NewCNG facilities in New Bedford MA, Napa CA, Denver CO (Rex Oil), Lancaster PA, tampa FL, Nashville TN, Carlisle PA, Corvallis OR, JFK Airport, Eden Prairie MN, Roland OK.

Facilities that should open in next 2-3 weeks: LNG: Charlotte, Walton KY, Lordsburg NM. CNG: Orlando FL, Inglewood CA, Pembroke NH

Interesting to note: Pembroke NH is a bulk CNG facility, that will compress 10 million GGEs a year, and sell to NG Advantage. Orlando and Inglewood Ca are both airport concessions, and will have hundreds of cabs, buses, and local vehicles within 30 days utilizing their facilites.

I am curious where the 13 NFI truck number came from......I watched the Oxblue construction camera the other day for a full 24 hours, and its time lapsed still photos, so I could be missing some, but I counted 22 NFI trucks, and three others (one brown in color, and 2 white rigs).....that was 25 in a 24 hour period.

NFI is hauling for the Lowes distribution center, 2 miles away. SO it seems unlikely that 9 NFI trucks would run enough miles to fuel twice a day, and still have time to load and unload on both ends.

Are you sure NFI only has 13 trucks?

new stations opened in the first half, and approx 3500 new 12-liter engines shipped in first half. More trucks equal more fueling. By the way, CLNE opened 17 new facilities in the first half, and have 6 ready to open in next 30 days.

Nice, but if its just being planned, its not going to open for 12-18 months minimum. I'd prefer to see a different site that can open in under 6 months.

Forgot to mention: heard franchisee has signed MOU for his third site, this one in Jacksonville. This site should be permitted by mid-July, with a 90 day construction timeline. Opening late October, in an area with heavy holiday shopper traffic. Another home-run location
