After years of making money on SPPI buying low and selling high, I held a core amount and it was a big mistake. I've been out for a long time and looked in today to see how things were going. SSDD. Raj continues to get rich and the stock price is nearing a 52 week low. Seriously?
Of course you did, maggot. You so hated this you bought 71,000 shares before you came to the realization that it was a scam. LIAR. Now shut down mom's computer, put on your helmet and go wait for the short bus.
LOS ANGELES, CA, Feb 14, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Decision Diagnostics Corp. (otcqb:DECN), the exclusive worldwide sales, service and regulatory processes agent for the popular Shasta GenStrip(TM), the unique Green Glucose Test Strip, specifically designed to work with the Johnson & Johnson's LifeScan Ultra family of glucose testing meters, today announced that that the Company has executed a Terms Agreement with a major east coast based litigation prosecution fund for the financing of the prosecution of DECN's countersuits brought against LifeScan, Inc., a division of Johnson and Johnson, Inc. DECN has asserted claims for anti-trust violations and false advertising.
"The antitrust prosecution, if successful, carries with it a possible award of triple damages," said Keith Berman, DECN's Principal Executive Officer and the GenStrip Program Director. Mr. Berman further observed, "In our case, we are pursuing two prizes simultaneously, first the prosecution of our anti-trust and false advertising claims for J&J's anti-competitive behavior throughout our dispute, and secondly, we will assemble our arguments and begin a process of collecting on the damages we have suffered as the result of the J&J patent litigation on which the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has ruled favorably for DECN. This higher court ruling offers DECN an opportunity to begin prosecution efforts, an upcoming attack as some have called it, on the $12.7 million court ordered litigation bond. Our litigation financing partner has put up a substantial pool of capital specifically to assist us in achieving significant positive outcomes for these prosecutions."
In the meantime, the company reminds shareholders and all interested parties that it is currently airing its GenStrip commercial video titled, "A Winter Patchwork" in every region of the country, and has secured play times on all cable outlets that will televise the 2014 Winter Olympics. The company's media schedule calls for alm

You have to wonder about tools like Zach. Rather than getting a feel for the board or the stock, they just start out by posting ignorant comments. Many post things that would get them punched in the mouth in mid sentence in some crowds. It's obvious that a lot of his ilk know nothing about stocks, trading, or the market in general, let alone this stock.
Very unlikely. Let's face the facts here. Anyone who has been around for a year or more knows that I have been pro-GALE. I still own it. That said, law firms come out of the woodwork to "investigate" biotechs that undergo trial or NDA failures and undergo big shareprice drops to see if management was pumping while selling, failing to disclose material facts. Here, there is apparently evidence that GALE management retained an organization to promote GALE and as the shareprice rose while management was unloading stock. To me, the question is why. Was management selling unrelated to anything they know about Abystral sales, Neuvax trials, or anything else happening that may negatively impact the share price? Was the retention marketing plan a material event and should it have been disclosed? If not, no big deal IMO. If so, people should be stripped of their illicit gains and face prosecution.
I got out in stages, first to use profits to complete retirement home and then to avoid losses. I bought in the low 2s and sold in the 6s, 5s and held a core amount until $2.90s when it was apparent this stock was taking a beating. GALE was the last stock I sold, not the first. I blame management for not using better marketing sense at best, and at worst for selling large amounts with horrible timing. That said, they are not marketing specialists, they are scientists. The problem every small investor is facing is the question of whether there is more to the story. There may well be, but I don't personally believe it has any impact on the science or the ultimate success of their drug trials. IMO, it would be a big mistake to sell now, especially below $2.00. I'll continue to watch this from a mile up in the San Bernardino mountains but am out of the market at the moment with my money in real estate instead of the market. For every person who has a family member, friend or knows somebody who could benefit from Gale's success, along with the many true Gale longs, I wish you all the best of luck.
And to make it worse, too many GALE longs appear compelled to respond to the idiot basher posts, and in doing so, keep bumping the basher's posts back to the top. They need to give thumbs down and then IGNORE USER without responding.
You're playing with fire. The time to invest in gold and oil was when Jimmy Carter II got elected. Gold went from 850 to nearly 2,000. Let's not forget what one year of Ronald Reagan did to the price of gold. Gold will go up (and the value of the dollar down) only if Billary is elected. If you believe Americans are really that dense, then gold may be a good investment even now.
People mistakenly believe they can appeal "all the way to the Supreme Court" and that is not the case. And even if you do, you have almost no chance of a hearing. There is nothing unique or novel about this case. Plus, I don't believe J&J's case is anywhere near that point in the legal process. HOWEVER, if J&J decided to just stop the bleeding, that means either DECN can continue without production and marketing interference (and continued legal costs), a buy-out by J&J, or something more nefarious such as a change in design of the J&J meter so the strips no longer work going forward. Given the price and volume jump, I doubt it's number three. Assuming it is number 1, DECN should also recover costs on appeal and may have a basis for statutory fees and costs which equals a one-time cash infusion and a lower burn rate going forward due to the significant reduction in legal costs going forward.
I am always amazed how somebody like you gets on a computer and manages to use it. You are probably on the CVX and OXY boards posting that cold fusion has been perfected. One solution: IGNORE USER
Why isn't 15% enough for everyone? Why shouldn't EVERYONE pay 15% on everything over a fixed amount , and EVERYONE pay something (e.g. 2% up to $50,000 and 15% of everything over $50,000) ? Eliminate all other federal taxes and fees. Eliminate all deductions and exemptions. Prevent Congress from ever increasing the percentage above 50%. No national sales taxes or any other way for them to steal more from us.
The Street is the most overtly manipulative bag of nonsense out there. This dead cat bounce "headline" gives them wide notice on the web. It matters little if it turns out to be accurate on an individual stock or historically for everything they publish. They are no better than horoscopes that predict wealth or loss of it. Once in awhile, odds say the will be right and then they can talk about that.
That has nothing to do with the fall of the GALE PPS. I am in in the low 2s and recovered my initial investment so this is no big deal for me other than the fact that the PPS is so easily played. There is no real reason this stock should be as low as the 6s, let alone the 4s. Cash, Abstral and Neuvax = $8 to $10 IMO. Shares are being stolen.

This was going on between the 3s/2s; then the 4s/3s; followed by the 5s/4s, 6s/5s and now the 7s/6s. With that perspective, I look forward to more with the 8s/9s and so forth.
