and grpn. will be acquired. Thats not my hope but a strong belief. Grpn has a great opportunity aheag if they execute .But they are too cheap and growing too fast to be left alone. Someone will make a bid for them this year imho.

I agree the Groupon Deals part of the biz.is problematic.But Groupon goods is a surprise and wondering if the deals portion has been a loss leader to the goods portion which is growing so rapidlyThe co. may be morphing..Anyway good luck watch the gross margins on goods at earnings if it improves thats a good tell if not thats a sell.

I love to see what i am missing or here other points of view.Thats why i post.

yogurt place that was new and we didn't know existed.Used the groupon. Liked it came back with friends and we used the groupon but not for all. Then we have been back without the Group on. Our friends have told some of their friend and so on a bussiness is built.Its powerful stuff.

should it go up up any more.Well i was in 2 Paneras in the last few days and was absolutely shocked at how crowded they were.At different times with differing demographics.I ain't over thinking it.. they are doing something very right
