Speaking of picking, have you been nose picking your aliases lately?

Their boogers have made the board all snotty

  • nomofunfun nomofunfun 15 hours ago Flag

Oh, and the Sunday size up? Wow has the quality gone way down, from mundane and laughable to cynical and putrid. No wonder why that union website fired you!

  • nomofunfun nomofunfun 15 hours ago Flag

In a demented mood this morning? Hung over?

Seems Ellen is winning the proxy war, while you and Peltz are getting your fannies paddled.

Treat yourself to a pride weekend in April. Most of you will feel better but watch where you sit.

    Dr. Fun,

For you own health, read and respond to the earnest reply to your behavior on the DD Board. This carrying on for 13 years has even embarrassed readers on the DOW board.

And I love the use of "warped" - what's more "warped" than posting 20,000 posts, not counting thousands more from your aliases for some 13 years?

Seriously, Dr. Fun, carrying on a 13-year crusade just because you got canned, along with many others, during an economic downturn is downright deranged. There are places that can help you overcome this malady. And Obama-care even pays for some of the coverage! For your family, swear off posting for a year. Break this addiction now. It's been long enough. Take that 1st step in your 12 step program today before it's too late.

Those "little known lawyers from little known schools in DuPont LEGAL" have been able to get you banned from this web site several times as well as other forums. And the LIBEL lawsuits DO work - every time you shut up for a few weeks, it's clear that "heavy-handed and arrogant suppression" works just fine for a twerp like Ziggie.

LIBEL: a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation

Peltz wants to get on the board to start the overthrow of a fine company and sell it garage-sale style to fund his personal habits. Shareholders will get the shaft. He'll turn DuPont into Chemtura when he appoints his son-in-law (Edward Garden) to run the place (the same guy who led Chemtura down the tubes).

Any employee-fool who votes for him and against Ellen deserves to be fired just like Zig was in 2002.

p.s. if you saw Peltz on TV, he is a flaming egomaniac who talks a good story but clearly sucks at delivering value to anyone but himself.

    "merely our opinion"?

Ziggity, LIBEL is a serious thing, as you've been warned by DuPont Legal on at least 5 occasions via register mail.

Don't blame me if you're the one who gets jollies when a worker violates every safety rule in the book and is injured or worse. Just plain SICK!

I simply asked you a SIMPLE question: why do you rejoice in the woes and misfortunes of "regular DuPonters" - every time something "bad" happens (pension program changes, etc.) you get on here and crow for attention?

This "stooge" is waiting your intelligent reply and so are all of the "regular DuPonters" you've demeaned and diminished in thousands of posts. You can start by writing a heartfelt apology to notthatblind. Time to ante up.

Most likely answer: ML and others want to make a few bucks and scare people away from DD shares till it drops into the 60s. Then they'll buy back a lot of the discounted shares and ride the wave to $85 by July. It's the opposite of pump-and-dump. Works every time with gullible investors who panic easily.

p.s. Peltz will lose the proxy vote so badly, he'll never been the same again. It'll be a form of investor castration, administered by Ellen. That women is one person you don't want to cross. She'll kick your butt every time.

Why do you get personal jollies from the misfortunes of "regular DuPonters" - please explain your fantasies to new readers here so they too can begin to understand the bizarre behaviour (sic) of one Funfundvierzig.

Hey Zig, how are those stale MON shares you bought at $125 and now are trading south of $120?

Too bad you dumped DD shares in the $30s to buy MON at $125. Where's miester when we need him to call you a braying JA.

  • Peltz is getting wet feet, obviously, as he finds out that loyal DuPont shareholders, including many employees, want his butt out the door before he ruins a great company.

The bogus downgrades today are a farce. ML is probably quietly picking up DD shares after the fake downgrade. That's the way WS works.

Shares will be at $85 by July. Ellen is earning her bonus as we speak.

  • nomofunfun nomofunfun Mar 16, 2015 5:00 PM Flag

MON was the glamour child until people realized its business was solely based on frankenfoods. And bogus growth projections. It's been a dried up piece of turd for years now. Actually, ever since the Zigster got on its bandwagon.

He refuses to even mention MON anymore lest he lose what little credibility he has with the gullible readers.

Such a ramble on the Lord's Day.

It will take me time to respond to your ramblings but here we go.

    1. Candy Shoppe Wages? Sure, ask those who went to Invista under Koch and find out would they rather have DuPont's candy shoppe wages or Koch's 20% haircut followed by years without raises?

    2. Pension programme? DuPont is NOT a charity nor a nanny state any more. It can't afford to be. Even those who were impacted still get some additional pension funding (juts not as big as before) but get a very rich 401K contribution.

    3. Destroying bonuses? The bonuses would have been handed on on time and for the usual amount if not for the pinheaded Peltz trying to raid the company's coffers for his own fortunes. Ellen was forced into a tough decision. Peltz goes away and bonuses come back. Simple enough even for an Aberdeen grad!

    4. SHAM SAFETY? Even though it was 13 years ago when you got the ax, even you remember that most accidents were the result of employee error or personal negligence. Right? People are trained not to go into emergency areas or confined spaces with out supplied air. Sad for the families but if you disregard training and common sense tragedies happen.

    5. C8 causes cancer? Really? Got any proof that wasn't generate by a lab bought and paid for by trial lawyers?

p.s. you always have the gleam in your eye when bad things happen at DuPont. It might be time to explore your options for mental health care under ACA. They can help you. And my tax dollars will gladly pay for it.

Game on! Ellen rejects Peltz offer

There was only ONE reason Ellen was forced to cancel the bonuses - Peltz wants to force her hand on SHORT-TERM earnings and get his one-time dividend from the bump on DuPont stock. If this loon gets control of DuPont, look out for 10% across the board cuts in everything so that Peltz and his buddies at Trian can cash in and bloat DuPont with debt and then run off with the looted wealth. And bonuses for "regular DuPonters" (as Zig calls them) - no chance in Hades.

I remember the history lesson from WWII and Ukraine. Ukrainians were angry with Stalin and thought an invading Hitler was a better alternative - until the Germans ravaged the Ukrainians and took many of them off to slave work camps. Now Ellen is clearly no Stalin, nor is Peltz anyone like Adolf, but the business parallel cannot be dismissed. Vote for Peltz and (to use Zig's stoopid line) "beware and be wary" - you will long for the days of Chad and Ellen, just like the Invista people wished they could be back in DuPont.

You will have to support Ellen until the Peltz siege has been crushed and DuPont can get back to being DuPont without an drooling egomaniac who appointed his son-in-law as CEO of chemical company Chemtura only to have it bankrupt in less than 2 years.

p.s. Zig, answer my simple question - why do you wish for and revel in the misfortunes of regular DuPonters?

  • nomofunfun nomofunfun Mar 14, 2015 9:12 PM Flag

    You avoided the question again!

Why do you gloat when regular duponters go through bad times?
