Palantir: Thank you for your comments. I am not suspicious by nature, and not particularly suspicious re NAVB. That said, however, there are unusually close relationships between groups like Platrinum and NAVB, migrating Board members, etc. It also being true that people pull all sorts of stunts (barely legal) to manipulate stocks toward increases and decreases in share value, etc., it's a preventative I like to see at times (i.e., the flip-in variety). ....

The question came up today on NAVB OldTimers whether NAVB had a poison pill policy in effect. I asked that very question of Management a few years ago and they said 'they found that most companies chose to not use it and that it was overall unhelpful'. I never understood that remark and would prefer that Management have one given NAVB's highly manipulated history.

By my lights, it helps retail shareholders be more assured that Management as a whole or in part is not participating in an occult plan to lower/keep low the value of the stock for a buyout that would benefit certain insiders. (I cannot post that on NAVB Old Timers since I am not registered to post on that site). Informed comments welcomed....

I am beginning to believe and be concerned ab out that too: Wipe out/exhaust out any higher cost shares and the others will just sell to get some money back. I really do wish there would be an investigation. In for nine years now. Another shame: Those who depressed stock via Crede and other deals are gone with severance pay (!!!) and can now follow the stock eventually up too, since they are no longer allegedly insiders.
