I'm not an expert and you shouldn't do anything on my sayso, but the price action and terrific volume increase on the down and now the up indicate to me a buyout is eminate.
As you indicate, not much of that money will go to shareholders regardless of Immelt's comments that it will.
I tend to agree that GE will not be a good place to be for awhile.
Someone REALLY wanted these shares at a low price and made it happen. The volume and improvement today confirms this suspicion.
Could a buyout be coming?
Smart release! All the bad news is out and Cramer has already predicted the results. This is the bottom and all the shorts will start piling in for the runup. Walmart, Kroger and Home depot are going to drive the stock up with their increased utilization of Plug. However if you have a WEAK stomach this stock is not for you. The association with Southern has the possibility of delivering big news in the future.
Yes and it's about time! The stupid executives just about ruined a very fine co. But the emergence of the technical superiority of the research and developement team finally has surivived the errors in executive judgement and we should see a vibrant and successful co again.
In my area there is a NG fueling station within a mile of 4 adjoining towns and there are many in the Atlanta area
I expect a complete surprise so I'm not selling
I stopped reading useless analysts reports years ago and have enjoyed the benefits.
when I see Muslims rising up in anger and disavowing their brethern who are beheading, burning and otherwise tortureing innocent children and non converts and taking action against them , then I may reconsider that they are an intolerant, ignorant and unforgiving barbarians or worse terrorists that appear to be composed of idiots who cannot claim any right to be civilized.
Bought a bunch today at 2.84 then read that Cramer reccommended it and now I'm worried
Everyone is pushing this stock. I'm worried!!! They did not increase the dividend as expected and the oil bit IS hurting earnings. When Cramer and SA and Motley are pushing it, it is time to worry
