Gartman and others claim oil @ 10.00 if so NG will be even less and CLNE should do fine. If fusion does become a factor it will be at least 10 years for the conversion to occur if not longer as the infrastructure for it use must be built and that takes time. Remember that NG is a "cleaner" fuel and readily available, so it will not be displaced easily. Incidentally, the oil co's will sti;; make a lot of money @ 10 just not as much. Also Shell has bet on NG being the fuel of the immediate future
Probably, those who reconize mundane opportunity rather then a spacedout idiot
Bout time and I expect even Boone is rejoicing. Incidently, since Gartman and I attended and graduated from Akron U separated by 25 years, and he is an "expert" financial man and I am a novice, I predict that the next 25 years will be the most fulfilling and exciting years rivaling and surpassing the industrial revolution. The greedy rich will no longer be able to exploit, on the backs of the poor, their ill begotten wealth and all, rich and poor. will begin to enjoy a life fulfilled with great expectation and benevolence never before witnessed in history. The practical elimination of mankinds worst diseases by stem cell applications and the plentiful supply of energy will make all these things possible. I recall right after world War ll that the atom bomb developement was going to make the cost of energy so minimal that meters would not be used but a maintenance fee would be applied to maintain the transmission lines. I forsee energy being produced where its used eliminating all the wires and telephone poles and the environment will be on the mend. Since I don't expect to live to see it, all you detractors and naysayers save your vitriolic and irreverent diatribes responses cause I don't want to hear them.
Your correct but it will take at least 5 years to have an effect, in the meantime the cold weather predicted for the NE will propel this stock much higher.
If your having problems only today you ARE lucky. The sooner Marissa Mayer is gone the better most of us will feel. I'm switching just as soon as I learn how.
I think you meant the CFO rather then the CEO, It is never a good thing when the CFO leaves abruptly, but there are many factors which cause this, one that I recalled is when the CFO married the Sec of the co and this was not legal so the CFO resigned and was hired by an even bigger more respected co. I suspect the stock price will reveal whether this was good or bad over the next week.
I expected the worst today because of the CFO bit but apparently it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be.
THE ACTION TODAY SUGGESTS IMPROVEMENT NOT DETERIORATION
Seeking Alpha may be more clairvoyent then me and it is true the energy sector is down, but I see both as an opportunity to but some REALLY cheap shares. You do have to have a very strong stomach to whether this storm and unless you are prepared for the worst, if that should happen, don't buy.
Having some experience in corporate shenanigans, I think I should have expalined that the CFO's selling the stock may have been a factor in this unfortunate developement.
Remember, when the cost go down the demAND GOES UP!!!!!!Thenwhat happens
Saw a city truck refueling at a green fuels facility so I pulled in to see exactly how it works. The city employee not only showed me the details but advised me that if I signed on with the city they would add the refueling charges to my home NG bill monthly AND give me a discount from the normal price. FATASTIC. We are very fortunate that there are a multiplicity of refueling NG stations in the Atlanta area so refueling is not a problem.
Littlefair has been unfairly critized as I think his marketing skills are among the best if this example is his creation. And yes I am buying more CLNE after this personal experience.
I don't but am planning to buy one .
When I must travel beyond atlanta I generally rent a car for long trips instead of driving my personal vehicle so it makes sense for me
