I hope your wrong. I like this stock BUT when the analysts push it you can bet that they sell asap when it reaches their sell point and that leaves evryone else holding the bag. It will be a 10 bagger if you buy low and hold for a year but in the mean time the shorts and traders will have a field day. up and down.
The market makers monitor stop loss orders and generally take out stop loss orders in the 10% variance.
I explained the stop loss bit to my son when he wanted to do some trading and he learned the hard way that
stop loss orders are a great way to get your stock called away at a low price . If your not a longterm holder then you should trade the stock by watching its movement and act accordingly. I have also found that my stock sell orders at a higher then current price get taken out quickly. My advice, don't stop loss unless you don't want the stock anyway cause 90% of the time it will be taken out and bounce back at a higher price.
Although I have been supporter of Immelt, I am getting a little nervous about his Welsh like ego. When a man man starts saying "We know what we are doing" and the alstom ac grinds on and on and the spinoff and sale of the appliance business, which was once their darling, is begining to suggest to me that all is not well at GE.
I haven't sold my stock yet but the accolades recently sound like it too good to be true.
I didn't say that they would be great only that they would be in line with whats expected or a little better. Their inclusion of Trius operations should contribute to this end and if that's the case the stock should go up plus I think they positioned them selves beautifully for a sale to big Pharma
I think your right, the market idiots always react to these kinds of statements but quickly return to reality and market forces not academic rhetoric.
If anyone is manipulating the stock it's T. Boone as he owns plenty and can effect the stock price. I still like the stock tho.
If you like worms you have to get up early in the morning and it just might be too early, but there is no stopping solar or hydrogen utilization. I may not live long enough to see it tho.
I am a big holder but re Losoro's credentials "Past performance is no guarantee of the future"
I agree. I thought they were setting up to be bought when they acquired Trius.
Italians as wll as the rest of the worlds populations are a mix of good and bad and we shouldn't categorize them so broadly.
It is strange tho that I have an Italian, who does excellent work on my house, tho he overcharges exhorbitantly, that won't work for other Italians, because he says they are so combatative and unreasonable.
The phenomenal success of Novartis with a cure rate of 89% portends a great future for most of these co's.
