I follow Bernard Baruch's ' buy low sell high" and have been fortunate enough to catch this one at low and high. I don't hold for the longterm. This is the first time I got caught.
These boards have degenerated into schoolyard bullies who are constantly saying " dare you to knock this chip off my shoulder" and too afraid to post intelligent thought about investments. I read them occaisionally just to see how rediculous even investors can be.
Have had nothing but good results so I never considered the points you are bringing up. Do you suppose UBS factored in the extreme cold weather we are experiencing and what effect do you think it will have on transmission co's
UBS expects too much in a guidance report and doesn'r consider the excellent past performance in delivering more then they promise. I expect the stock to start jumping from here. It is way too low.

If the board of directors doesn't fire her soon. they'll have to give Yahoo away cause no one will want it.

The Indians did not smoke as a usual activity, they smoked a "peace pipe" and believed the smoke rising to the heavens was a path to the great spirit. Smoking every day would probably be regarded as a sacrilege. Sir Walter Raleigh was a typical Englishman who turned a method of worship into a lucrative commercial venture with great monetary returns.
