    It is tied to American economic growth rates and the outcome of the next election is pivotal.

    The point is American oil production is not declining per consensus market estimates. Our drilling is not priced out at $60. Good dirt around good infrastructure continues to produce. At a discount to SA for a higher quality wti grade.

    To the extent demand and imports have increased, it would have to be to the backward Jon Stewart Progressive states of our east coast. The ones who block energy pipe lines so working Americans are poorer than they should be.

    The reality is far less certain than the Progressive superiority delusion.

    The key variables is Obama's white whale or Aryan mullahs and American economic growth. Sadly we have another 18 months to go.

    The good news is Obama has screwed up our economy, we are far below our potential. Getting back to 4%+ under a Republican led government is so simple, a Denisovan could do it.

    The U.S. oil glut is growing again, spurred by a sharp ramp up in production and threatening to put renewed pressure on crude prices.

    U.S. crude-oil stockpiles rose last week for the first time in nine weeks, according to a Wednesday report from the Energy Information Administration. That unexpected increase comes on the heels of data released Tuesday showing that the nation’s oil producers ramped up output in April to the fastest pace since 1971.

    The news sent oil prices skidding to their lowest level in two months on Wednesday.

    These fresh signs of burgeoning crude supplies jeopardize the relative calm that has permeated oil markets in recent weeks. Prices rebounded more than 25% early in the second quarter and have held steady since then amid the belief that growing demand and a sharp drop in the number of rigs actively drilling for oil would help stabilize prices."

    What is happening is huge gains in American oil/gas production efficiency is not stopping. It is not simply cost deflation in services. Saudi Arabia's worst nightmare. American free enterprise not only liberated oil the Progressives claimed did not exist, but are dramatically lowering the price.

    Our economy will remain well below potential growth while Obama is most unfortunately our President. The court handing a major victory for rationality against the abuse of the Obama EPA is helpful. But Progressive have no shame and therefore are relentless.     In any case, SA will continue to insure oil markets are oversupplied. As long as Obama keeps up this Juan Williams level irrationality that an agreement with the Aryan Mullahs will stabilize the world.

    Bald faced lying to the American people about so many things. But, the $2,500 healthcare grubering is beyond opinion into established fact.

    This makes the President of the United States a thieve. A liberty thieve.

    But Obama goes well beyond the primary human defective which makes at best useless to civilized people.
    He is also petty and vengeful. Actively manipulates the emotions of deludes like Jon Stewart.

    Who encourages his flock of 41 year old basement dwellers to demand the Obama EPA not be responsible for the cost of meaningless regulations. Like the absurd sulfur rules.

    Because Jon does not think or rather have a rational mind, he doesn't understand the completely regressive 'tax' he places on honest poor Americans.

    The value of the Hugoton projection is very rich gas. Which due to wanton Obama insanity, is wildly depressed from the true economic value. Excellent jobs many of them union.

    Given the hedge book and the fact ngls are completely smashed by Obama hard heart childishness, the OLBs hourly musings are just empty fury and with no intelligence.

    The valuation key here is what comes after Obama. Putting the Obama leviathan bureaucracy under honest adult supervision is a massive improvement. As a stand alone.

    The big possible advantage LINE has is the futures market. Which will react to rational politics.

    The question of the debt load and credit security can be answered by a normal futures market predicting an acceleration in industry capital investment and growth. A full hedge book is another way to address the debt load and more importantly refinance.

    LINE is a high risk extreme return investment now. Nothing to do with the insane incoherent mutterings of the olb.

    Of course the American emotional deludes could impose a corrupt, inept and false glory Hillary upon us. In which case it will have to be four more years of complete dysfunction and lunacy. A dishonorable woman will use the leviathan bureaucracy to gain delusional political support.
