That is pretty funny. Progressive Prancing Bear in all this time the OLB has never posted one sentient on topic post. Mostly it is just aping. Which is very sad given the amount of time wasted.

Yes Gum the EU is the weirdest creation of man ever.

Germany needs the lazy and socialist/Progressive cripple club med to keep the Euro cheap. So they can run sustained trade imbalances on an undervalued currency. So the Progressive club med believes Germany owes them!

Might not be a bad time to go over and tour Italy. They do have great relics and know how to eat well. Nice people although very emotional like Gaspo on Fox Business.

Europe is in huge trouble. If America doesn't start getting back to being Americans and normal economic growth after this deary Obama, those big economies could choke on the debt.

  • Better to let them go. The Greeks are so Progressive that only reality will discipline their behavior.

Is amazing. No, we will not pay you back. Now give us more money or we will get really wild and crazy.

Further help for their banking system is only beneficial if it is to help them out of the Euro.

It is the only hope for the Latin countries. Otherwise they too will just keep papering over their massive structural problems. Until there is no more paper.

Gum I have countless OLB personas on ignore. Is there a subject?

I smell smoke and expect a flash over if they keep passing it around at this rate.

China could simply sell a good chunk of the debt for liquidity.
Which is a reason why American treasury yields are not going down in a flight to 'quality'.
They could easily simply not roll over current maturities.

As Obama has been such a failure our financial markets are still artificial. So our fed would like move to mitigate the possible impacts.

Hey Progressives are off on their climate control religion! This is the immediate danger.

With all the American and Canadian natural gas we can have strong growth economic policies and reduce co2. It is not an either or nonsense.

What must be neutralized is Progressive from power. By their nature and religion power is rationalization for abuse.

Natural gas futures have years to go.
Wise to wait and see if management further extended the oil hedges. Which was begun last quarter.
NGLs have crashed so badly in the dreary Obama reality it can not get much worse. Not with additional export coming on line.

    Wow Ron^3. Progressive shameless.

    Still not correct either!

  • norrishappy norrishappy Jul 8, 2015 10:42 AM Flag

    Flaming ignorance Willie. Dangerous too.

How would you explain the impact on commodity and energy prices? No impact to the world economy?

There are of course other connections. But being a delusional Progressive you will not even admit the glaring.

  • norrishappy norrishappy Jul 8, 2015 10:16 AM Flag

    Yes, some are servants.

Progressive are by definition never servants.

It is more damaging than this Gum.

Obama is going back to the collectivism of the very late 1960's. Which marked the horrendous economic regression for inner city communities.

The solid real progressive of the 1940s, 1950s, and early 1960's was smashed. Church based virtuous Civil Rights was displace by collectivist politics. The fruit is clear to see over two generations now.

It does not matter a human beings color. Collectivism never works.

We see in South Carolina a firm foundation to begin building on again. America can not afford to waste the God given talents of 10% of our brothers and sisters.

Behind the horrendous inner city challenges are striving families. We need to find ways to empower them.

  • Grassley: Ethanol not to blame for high food prices

Ethanol is not responsible for rising food costs, writes Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. While corn prices have dropped significantly, shoppers have yet to see the benefits in food prices, he writes. "As for the mistaken claim that the increases in feed costs have affected the American production of beef, pork and chicken, USDA is projecting record meat and poultry production," Grassley writes. Consumer food price increases have actually slowed in the 10 years since the Renewable Fuel Standard was adopted, he writes.

This clown is unworthy of our office.

    Tea Party please help!

  • norrishappy norrishappy Jul 8, 2015 10:03 AM Flag

    Common sense and traditional decency?

Progressives view such basics as antiquated and therefore lofty.

All this simply because an American takes the time to offered an informed opinion?

There is no solution for Progressive except the long time out.

If Grubering Obama and disgraced Kerry go through with lifting sanctions on the Supreme Aryan Mullah oppressing the Persian people?

$20 oil is possible. As is the social collapse of key oil suppliers like Venezuela and Nigeria.

Certainly with China on the verge of economic instability, is not the time to add further destabilizing Progressive insanity.

How did electricity prices increase 38% over the past decade as fuel cost cratered?

The key lie by Progressives about their alternative energy crony capitalist feeding frenzy is dispatch-able power.

If we do not get the Progressive/Obama Grubering under control now, we will have massive problems like Germany does. Plus a 4 time increase in the cost of electricity over what most Americans pay today.

Yes, Germany now emits more co2 than before all the alternatives. The simply because this Climate Control delusion is emotional rather than rational. Primitive religion.

  • norrishappy norrishappy Jul 8, 2015 9:42 AM Flag

Progressive gdp you have no clue about economics or geopolitics. You just wait for the Progressive masters to tell you what to think and more importantly what to believe believe.

China is a collectivist or Progressive state. We means political control of economics which by 100% human experience means irrational economics. Therefore an unstable economy.

The Chinese have constructed a hostile mercantilism economy. The Obama economy is last place. Progressive collectivists always spread misery.

As if the world doesn't have immediate economic crises other than Progressive climate control delusions.

Any one think the Chicom Neo-Maoist leader is worried about Progressive Climate Control delusions?

How about Putin flying Bear bombers off the California coast?

Americans we must stop the Progressive delusions and deceptions.

It is not rocket science to get our economy growing at our potential.

Use Americans natural gas and end the illegal corn ethanol mandate.

The governor acknowledged America’s history of oppressing blacks—“and because slavery and segregation were sanctioned by government, there is a role for government policy in addressing their lasting effects”—but he also noted the tremendous progress that has been made.

Mr. Perry believes that a more significant barrier to black progress is poor political representation. The Democratic Party has long operated with no fear of losing the black vote, and Republicans have been too quick to concede it. Mr. Perry’s overarching theme, however, was a rebuke of identity politics, stressing instead what all Americans desire—safe neighborhoods, good schools, economic opportunity. And he urged black voters to compare the track records of liberal and conservative governance on those fronts and then hold politicians accountable.

All Americans want and need the same things. Stable gainful employment. Stable full employment will deliver increasing wages. Getting the meaningless Climate Control Progressive delusions of Progressives out of the cost of electricity, gasoline and food will make a massive difference from the bottom up in real family incomes.

We can reduce co2 by simply signalling the government encourages addition adoption.

We have reached the point where more solar and wind corruption will increase co2 by imposing grid inefficiency and instability. While decimating family incomes and employment opportunities.

German companies are desperately moving their factories here. Progressive climate control refugees. We should welcome them!

  • Gov Perry is correct on tax reform
Gov Perry is correct about the cost of electricity. Central to family real incomes and manufacturing job creation.
Gov Perry is correct on American self sufficiency policy.
Gov Perry is correct about eliminating the fed corn ethanol mandate
Gov Perry is correct about school choice
Gov Perry is correct about economic intercity economic opportunity.
Gov Perry is lawful on illegal immigration while being respectful.

It is fair to make fun of the new glasses and last election debate performance.

But so far Gov Perry has the best economic platform.

With the Eurozone on its managed date with cultural and economic oblivion
With China Inc showing the the inefficiency and lawlessness of collectivist or Progressive economics

It is critical we move our economy towards our potential. Which is at least double Obama's worst ever 'economic recovery'.

It is not rocket science. Just common sense.

Plus Gov Perry would encourage our natural gas into our economy.

The sad thing is Obama and Hillary maybe smarter than the board OLB. But as both are Progressive Grubers, it makes no difference. Except they have real political power to abuse.

To hide the hive mind mistake. Yes, Progressive is as ugly as it is debilitating for the hive.

The important thing is not to elect another Grubering Progressive like Hillary.

Bernie is crazy. But he is an old enough Progressive to at least have personal integrity.
    Just like retiring Jon Stewart.

Bernie is the same generation as Mr. O. Jon Stewart the same generation as Mr. O, Yet poor old Jon is being forced into retirement.

While Mr. O plays waggery all over America with the Denisovan. Well it is true we all age at different rates. All time is relative and personal.
