Remember Progressive Prancing bears is the model of manors. Just like Ron^3.
Not angry or snarky. Ever. ;)

Sometime the OLB is almost as entertaining as Jon Stewart. On an off day.

    Willie your willful ignorance abounds.

    Israel does their own fighting.

The Kurds do not have an air force. Plus Obama did not equip them. So they were not prepared for combined arms tactics or fire power. Otherwise all they need was equipment.

    Liberty is an interesting power.

But you do not understand nor will you allow yourself too. Very sad.

Why Willie if you potential to human curiosity was not limited by your Jon Stewart clan of the irrational cave religion, you would spend a small amount to time enjoying the excellent Hillsdale lectures on the Federalist Papers.

You know that practical philosophy which was indeed the full flowering of the Enlightenment. A rational appraisal of the constant human condition and a system to control the Progressive faction by balance.

The problem of faction is more than self interest. The real problem with faction is zero sum games which require irrational thinking to get past American common sense.

Like this corn ethanol insanity. Look at all the willful ignorance you slung. Nor with apology let alone recognition of what science proved you were dead wrong about. The real problem is your complete lack of self and worth. The self interest of another human will has indeed become your god. Causing you to become most petty and vain.

Which is not the same as Jon Stewart. A natural irrational trying to seek the good. But becomes an agent of influence as his awareness living in a cave is so limited. But he

But you have been conditioned to be a hyper reactive emotional mess. A useful idiot of Progressive faction rather than an individual striving towards Liberty or true awareness.

General Welfare is capitalized in our Constitution by the process of careful study, honest discussion and prayers to guide human logic. You are quite right it is not like the South African. Which is why it works.

Even when a spoiled man child used his Harvard education to overcome the balance and even ancillary precautions. Glenn is getting more sophisticated. But he still succumbs to emotional reactions which are the strategy of collectivists to create and exploit faction.

Lincoln is not admired enough. How did he defeat faction and in the end bring America back to our foundation of Good? At the cost of a strapping frontiersman being reduced to a withered and depleted old man.

Now now gdp. American common sense is far superior to Progressive religion. All those really silly Progressive myths are required simply because collectivism does not work.

Obama is equipped with everything required to be a great American leader. Natural brilliance, elite education and that gift to oration and persuasion. Everything except the character of the man himself.

To what degree do you suppose that hallow Peace Prize is now driving Obama? What would be considered worthy self glory by a man who set out to personally cool the planet. Ny his policy agenda alone force the waters to recede.

It is the same critical defect in Hillary. It is the glory of being the first woman President rather than serving America.

It is one thing to be tricked. It is another to impose it on all Americans in full awareness. With the collectivist academics ready to use her malfunction to further their agenda by Grubering.

Jon missed the now Animal House dimension of single political party rule in California. The wonderful water system is being purposeful mismanaged to turn a serious drought into a crisis.

Look at the political copy against a Senior Senator like Feinstein. Exactly what was attempted on Lieberman.

The real problem being these Senators of long service can in the main withstand it. But when ultra activist government leaders are not 'liberal' enough? Go against a single tenant of the primitive religion?

Like water use should be rational. Which has nothing to do with Jon Stewart funny science.

To be fair, JOn did get to the insanity and irrelevance of the retail water usage. It is also true that Spanish fashion water rights lead to clear water use inefficiency. BUt government action can not improve efficiency because it is so corrupt as to become completely irrational.

Draining the water system to turn a drought into an exploitable crisis. Some how believing the corrupt and irrational can be conservationist. No, no they can not.

Alfalfa is one of those rare legumes which puts or affixes nitrogen back into the soil. It is also a natural insecticide for higher value crops. It is also autotoxic; hum auto again, which means –
Therefore, alfalfa fields are recommended to be rotated with other species (for example, corn or wheat) before reseeding
In fact the land is so fertile and the hot valleys so conducive, that given enough water two to three crops are normal. Yet, No One can understand how the Daily Show audience would never have experienced such fertility personally.
Even in the center of an epic winter for Daily show land.

Hum, is there a correlation between spring break and ice age peoples? Jon does prove it occurs now!

  • Jon was in rare or exceptional form. His command of the ‘facts’ of the California drought and Progressive fashioned disaster reached a level of half-cocked. Which No One noted was rarer than the full moon.
Which Mad Who has deduced is but one co-dependent variable to Fox mocking. The one constant to Fox mocking occurrence is acknowledgement of erectile malfunction. What is the driving force behind the nearly Daily mandatory inclusionary fascination?
His core audience is after all 41 year old Progressives and college students. Which only fits together logically if the core subset is 41 year old college students. As the younger energetic college students clearly do everything. But watch the Daily show on spring break.
Ah but the issue in hand is not size nor shape but function. For old married guys like Jon anyway. This does support the core audience hypothesis, by statistical method. Further evidenced by 11 O’clock air time for a live show taped at time consistent to performance by a man of Jon’s age.
In fact applying Durbin-Watson test, the alternative hypothesis is that there is autocorrelation among the residuals? Yea, it is too apparent to simply be ignored.
But then Mad Who must face the fact that the comedic art is by definition irrational. So stating the autocorrelation among the audience residuals is as far, as any rational person will go.
But Mad Who digresses, back to the California drought. It maybe historical men of the cave like Jon. But in fact it is not usual in the scientific record. The only constant in the science is extreme variability in rain fall. Usually on very short cycles depending on reoccurring ocean patterns.

Oh as a Christian I would ask every one to join me in the body of Christ. But there is Free Will and dust on sandals. I can however serve and insist on Liberty as the Enlightenment of people.

Which sadly makes Jon Stewart the more dangerous agent of influence. While being a man who seeks the good, in the very dark depths of a shadow free cave.

Let him evolve! It seems he wants to come out after what seems to be vast eons. Well to the Mad Who at least.

But this is not for me to offer. It is for an Imam fearing no man, to seek the Good God intends for the Ummah and wider world. Clearly the Ummah slaughtering the body is not the good and therefore the Guidance.

There is a reason ISIS and AlQ reject simple common sense as Kalam. While they are busy reordering the Koran and effectively deciding for themselves and others to throw away half. Most arrogant humans.

What would a Imam expect to witness from such arrogance? What does the Imam witness? Is it people in fire?

This is the real challenge El Sisi put upon the Imams with the education to express an opinion. Error in understanding is self apparent. El Sisi's forehead bears the mark of a pious and earnest Muslim. He does have the right and duty under his Sharia not to challenge the authority but the understanding of the Imams.

Such ignorance on your part Willie. Willfully too.

It also informs any American of reason who your 'American' free associations are. You know 'down' with your America in decline tantrums.

Progressive Bear. Stag Corn monster ethanol pimp. Poor completely deluded Ron^3, so it's ignorance may not be willful. Which only demonstrates how ugly Prancing Progressive bear and the ethanol pimp are.

The relationship between ISIS and AlQ is more a free market competition. Which provdes choice, competition, 'depth'.and perverted incentive.

This is the bad fruit of Salafisn. The same dimensions which brought the Saudi tribe to power as defender of the Holy Places unleashes messianic caliphate delusions. It is no accident that except for the oil wealth, SA is medieval. Yet, one most also recognize the sophistication of the Royal Family in holding this medieval anachronism in balanced tension. Unfortunately the blow back of venting the energy of Salafism outward has led directly to this crisis in Islam and the world.

The well meaning but under educated atheists calling for a Reformation based on their material nihilist terms only make it worse. Even as they pursue the good. Unlike heathen village idiots like Daffy Dawkin. This Medina or Mecca stuff is so childish and primitive.

Their Koran is believed to be dictated by God. Not the inspired word.

The active pieces are individualism in no compulsion in faith. Also the Nobel and Just example of their perfect man Prophet for the One God, most merciful.

This is not a pacifist religion. The challenge is more like that of their brother Issac and Rabbinical Judaism not Christianity. The Koran after all tells the faithful to remember the stories of Torah.

The Enlightened approach is the American Foundation philosophy taken form the Jewish, Christian and forgotten Islamic contribution. All Muslims who believe there is no compulsion in faith, are our brethren in Abraham. The Nobelist Jihad is spirit not fire.

All volunteer. Which is exactly why our military is so professionally lethal, when compelled to be.

In fact, it is indeed the children of traditional Americans who pick up the duty and sacrifice of service. Even when our President and regime openly mocks concepts of family, country and duty.

The real shame is that after the Wonderful Double Victory of WWII. we do not have more of our ethnicity of black in the elite units. Like Nick “Irv” Irving

My goodness at least it is a question.

Look at tanker insurance rates. Which can dramatically increase the cost of oil to Asia and Europe.

American really does need to get Canadian oil coursing through and allow export of ours.

It really is absurd that the Progressive yap about geopolitics in willfully ignorant fashion. So they can get back to imposing the mean heart of their delusional Climate Change Dogma. Science even if we in delusion accept as proven, does not support corn ethanol, more wind mills and most especially base load solar.

A failure of the American dishonored press to fairly inform and leave it to their customer to decide. Which is exactly why Fox and WSJ are winning in a free market.

  • norrishappy norrishappy Mar 26, 2015 11:22 AM Flag

Willie just how knuckle dragging will you force yourself to be.

SA using the only effective geopolitical weapon they have. Oil price.

They prepared for this option by forcing unessential service workers out of the country. In degree lowering living standards to prepare for this.

It has been America's roll to clean up and restore order to such dysfunctional places. So the dimension of Sunni v Shia is not awaken. Payoffs and demonstrations of force. Covert and overt.

Which is exactly why Obama held up Yemen as the only Obama delusian success.

There has been a single glaring weakness to American naval power. I believe it has been addressed but the integrated system not battle tested.

It is amusing too. The Aryan attack on a mock American carrier shows they have no clue what they are doing. Which is why Col Peters laughs but does not provide them anything more. Believe me, he really does get a kick at how knuckle dragging it is. Some comfort too.

Why William it was Obama just six months ago claiming Yemen peace and stability was the result of his policies.

This Progressive collectivist condition is so debilitating. Conditioned petty anger as political defense.

.Bowe Bergdahl is a Progressive hero of honor and distinction. Only because Obama wanted to empty Gitmo.
Even Berdahl;s mental malfunction of rational assessment is a product of Progressive conditioning.

So poor yet good Juan Williams attacked the honor of his unit. The Americans who still went out to save him. #$%$ bird and all.

Yet if the honor of his unit had not been sullied for political expediency of Obama. They likely would have done their duty and rescued him. Put him home with his parents with a less than honourable discharge.

That the honor and integrity of American Military Services is so high that we can afford such mercy, is the wonder. Now due to the malfunction of Obama, this story can not be resolved quietly. Fortunately the malfunction retires in less than two years.

What a disgrace that the majority of Democrats still support Hillary, Plosive and Reid. Working Americans deserve a functioning Democratic Party.

Why yes GDP. Some how Obama's absolute failure must be a vast right wing conspiracy.
So why on earth would there ever be a reason to govern?

  • Hardly a surge. What a dysfunctional Obama mess in Yemen.

The strike against Houthi rebels who have driven the president from the country's capital could stoke concerns about the security of oil shipments from the Middle East.

While importers said the Saudi attack itself was unlikely to disrupt supplies, the threat of spreading war in the region could impact oil flows.

My goodness we should be encouraging American/Canadian industry. Getting our natural gas into our economy. Knocking off the corn ethanol corruption. We can not afford the ecological damage, insecurity or cost.

If 50% of American do approve of Obama's performance, it only reflects the general dishonor of our press and willfully ignorant Americans.

Hillary maybe smart enough. But she clear does not have the virtue or honor to led us out of this Obama delusional wonderland.

As close to a modern Pericles as we come but with no fatal errors. Really more a perfect example of the Just Confucian ruler. Further Yew held moral authority for the good of society was honestly and earnestly put before the individual.

Charlie Rose as he can do with most subjects, did masterful work. How he falls apart into college six pack philosophy as secular religion with current American economic/politics is a mystery. Some measure of the disability Progressism imposes. It is after no reason but primitive dogma.

It is a series of interviews over time. What is striking is how his thinking always quickly adjusted to reality. How he did admit mistakes.

Did he build a homogeneous society quickly enough. Will the concentrated power political system keep the Confucian virtue?

The Chicoms tried to base their development on his model. Problem is Mao paralyzed the Confucian virtue outside of family structures. So corruption is rampant. Party due also to a scale far beyond the influence of aware central planning. Of course central planning of any sort is mutually exclusive to developing retail or a consumption based economy.

Look at the freely admitted 'makes no difference' but strangle our economy policy for Climate Change dogma.
This hubris fired delusion comes in many forms.

An inefficiency the practical Yew would never have allowed. Might encourage us for his peoples benefit. As the Chicoms do today.

Shame you would not take advantage of exceptional quality easily approachable lectures on the Federalist Papers at Hillsdale College. Montesquieu still applies. The honor and virtue of the ethical leader is very rare. A great servant. On similar yet wildly divergent concepts from the American Judeo-Christian ethnic. Yet, even with the virtue based collectivism, Singapore is not scale-able to China. As we witness.

Qualified dividends when the basis is exhausted for LNCO.
The distributions from LINE once the basis is exhausted is ordinary income.
Just at the possible tax basis recapture at sale is an ordinary gain.

It is very possible to have a large ordinary gain and a matching capital loss. But the two are not netted together. further capital loss is limited to $3,000 a year.

Also, if you are a real person do not trust anything the OLB claims. They are all delusional and more importantly not mature enough to correct their mistakes.

Yea demand is tied to economic growth. Obama has once again killed with the uncertainty around this absurd Iran negotiation.

good and very poor Mr. Williams. Getting a meaningless nuke deal is great. Talk to you enemies and all.

But Reagan did not do that by first shattering all our alliances and understandings. First he reaffirm our allies and understandings. You know negotiate 101 stuff.

Something Hillary has already blown with the insane Russian relationship reset button. Which was the green light for Putin to run wild. Yea remember Obama open mic, tell Vlad I can be more flexible after the election?

Then there is Benghazi. There is no way to restore face after the insane video comments at the UN and side by side in Pakistan. Threw us under the buss rather than unleash CIA operatives to get the bad guys. Plus the complete failure of Libya as a state.

These two things alone pretty much insure Hillary will never be able to achieve enough certainty that our economy would grown normally. The bad actors will test her. Her record of corruption and incompetence suggests strongly she would fail to rise to any challenge.

Something more like the mother of the last Chinese Emperor. Stunning at court intrigue but hopeless in the real world.

What you are concerned about is UBTI. Unrelated Business Taxable Income.

What is on your K1 will be specific to you. So will be the UBTI.

When you complete the K1 most investors will not have any taxable income left. Had to do with selecting a depletion method.

From a portfolio stand point you do not put a tax shelter in a tax shelter. I do not know why UBTI came to be. But like most of the tax code it is not rational. It can also be triggered by selling.

It is the possible bunching which could exceed the $1,000 safe harbor. As a practical, matter without some possible event like a sale, it is difficult to exceed the safe harbor as taxable income is not UBTI.

The board delude Ron^3 went through most of the technicalities of it. Rather than be a rational person.

If you have a few hundred units you are 99% safe in all events.
But you are destroying 25% to 35% of the value of your investment by putting in a tax shelter.

Put ordinary income generators like equity reits and some BDCs in for IRA.

Keep the qualified dividends and other tax favored or deferred income streams in you taxable account. Which the partnerships of various forms are.

The biggest advantages individuals have is avoiding management costs and tax efficiency. So not to be harsh, don't be like the OLB, a rational person will either study more and continue learning or go to low cost Vanguard funds.

Our markets are generally and usually efficient. But there is also the used car lot of retail financial products.
Short selling games which damage a company by the fame itself. This happened to LINE. These guys eat the OLB deludes on a daily basis. Then when their money is gone, they hang out of the line board.
