First question: I have is ... are we getting the shares from the spinoff since we held through the 10th?
Second question: If the answer to the first is yes... what happens if you buy more now... will WIN give you spinoff shares for that?
Third question: If the answer to two is NO, does WIN have to cash out all shares holders when the spinoff goes through
Fourth question: If the answer to three is yes... why wouldn't everyone be pushing these shares higher... cause we have found a buyer.
Just read it... I understand how it is possible to think if you had shares of WIN on the close of the 10th... you will get spinoff shares. But what I think that means is you need to buy them on the 10th and hold unto spinoff. Anyone else buying them after the 10th will just simply get cashed out.
one way to really screw the "Market manipulators" and force them to cover their naked shorts is to place a limit order on ALL of your WIN shares ... with a price target of $8.75. That way they would be force to settle what they owe
