  • Management has done a very good job pulling down costs. However, the fact that they set up a conference call structure that did not allow analysts’ questions at the end is disconcerting. I have owned BBEP since 2008 and I don’t recall another quarterly/yearly conf. call where they didn’t have a Q&A at the end. While I’ve criticized the quality of questions analysts have asked on past calls, not having a Q&A makes me wonder what they don’t want asked and have to answer. I would have like to hear what they plan to do down the road regarding the stock continuing to trade below $1.00 and possibly face delisting. Are they considering a possible reverse split if this happens? It makes me wonder if there is another shoe to drop. A big negative on an otherwise great effort under this challenging environment.
