Called for repair quote- turns out it was central location and not my home store even though the number is given for my local. First automated response is to transfer you to a department. Fine...then it goes to another automated "person" to try and help you- never works! Then I get a live person and complain to them their phone system sucks. She transfers me to my store supposedly. I wait another five minutes only to get a message recorder. I told them what I thought. Never again. They deserve to die. Short to zero after a bounce. MFI is a little risky/low to short imo.
