Japan gave a grant for $12M to Burma to upgrade their airports. Part of that is going to ETD equipment...Implant released a pic on Twitter showing the 220 being installed as part of that deal.
However, the grant was for a lot of different things, so there is no way we get a $12M order. That is why they released the "news" via Twitter.
They won't get anything close to a $12M order.
They were given a $12M grant that covered ALOT of different things.
There is no way they could buy all of the things that were listed under the grant AND make a significant ETD purchase.
They is why they released the news the way they did. It is no longer something that is worthy of a release. That's a good thing.
But it's worth more than ASTC?
We are better valued higher, so how can you say that with a straight face?
I'm not sure that's accurate
And yet you are still here.
Your sentiment is impossible to explain away because you expect failure one way or another. Taking any money off the table is better than losing it all, but you'll try to convince us otherwise.
Just be truthful about what your doing. I can promise you that no one is going to care.
So in that interview he very clearly says that they recently satisfied the operational testing on the 220 when they put it in two airports.
He didn't say I believe we satisfied the testing, he said they had done it.
If that is the case, then approval is in the bag, right? It's been somewhat obvious for awhile, but the recent interview seems to be the first semi official confirmation. Of course, I won't be happy until it is official, but this is one more clue.
What happens if someone takes Suboxone at any point that day, or the day before?
The data has shown that the implants deliver significantly less medication than Suboxone. So, even with the implants in, the patient is in a better spot than if they were on Suboxone.
Yeah, except for the fact that Smith and Morpho have each admitted that they aren't making cargo sales, either.
Plus the fact that we are qualified by the TSA for cargo sales....
Are they referencing TSA passenger qualification in the last few sentences?
I think it is a lock, but those are some confident statements for a management team to make!
Sure... Assume that we meet sales expectations and you're looking at a couple of hundred million in milestone payments. Add to that any royalties and then use an appropriate discount factor to get it back to a present value.
I'm in accounting, not finance, so I don't deal with projections, but I'd imagine that is where things stand. If Probuphine can meet expectations, then a $3 pps isn't really that crazy.
If they already have 180 people ready to go, then that excuses some of the downtime between the CRL and now. I thought it would take them a long time to get 180 people to enroll, so that would be a huge positive.
AND, and this is important, if they want to give us $15-20 million for all of those options, I will take that money in a heartbeat! I'd much rather give shares to our directors than to DMJR. Let them exercise those options and then use the money to stop the dilution from DMJR.
I don't think anyone likes dilution, but what are we going to do about it? The real positive is that they always attach events to the options, so they have to perform to get them. I believe the last set of options are now obsolete because we never reached a break even point for 2013.... I.e. if they don't accomplish the goal, then no options exist.
Outside of that, you mentioned that they "double dip" and get options as both directors and officers, but I've only ever seen Glenn, and other management members, receive options for their roles as officers. I'm not saying it hasn't happened, but I don't think it is usual for them to double dip.... Most officer's get options on a yearly basis...
Also, from the 10-K it looks like the total amount of options of all officers and directors is 14.6M. I'm not sure how they burned through 20 million options?
I'm doing great! I've been around, but haven't felt the need to post until they give us something to talk about and give me something to defend.
The downtime between the CRL and the new trial has been a little unacceptable, but what can we do about it?
You guys need to get telling us how this is a scam and that the pps isn't going anywhere.
Keep it up in spite of the fact that we've gone from ~60 cents to 85 cents (~41% gain) in the last three months.
A lot went wrong here, but you guys (I'm looking at you Jodie) are being ridiculous.
