Chinese govt. wants massive solar energy, has notified their provinces as such. Goggle it!
Obama wants govt to reduce greenhouse gases by 40%.
In other words this is the place to be invested in now and for the future. Good future to those who read this.
AGREED!!! Does this extended timeline mean no outside investors? This was supposed to be settled last quarter! 250 mil is small pence For some big players. Five years and counting!!! WLCDF is running out of money.
That maybe true, but those massive movements don't involve insider trading!! My point being, by itself insider buying is good, but it also indicates no deal is on the horizon between pip- siga. Otherwise this buy would infringe on the SEC time requirement for insider information ( Agreement) to be released.
Good question, mr. Climate change denier. But no, global warming did not cause the dust bowl. Drought in that part of the country happens around every 25 years and the combination of poor farming techniques and drought caused the dust bowl.
Dont project your own closed mind on me. Mans impact on the climate is not open for debate. Ninety-seven percent of climate scientists agree that climate-warming trends over the past century are very likely due to human activities and have come out with public statements as such. So, when you visit 9 doctors who say you have cancer and one says you dont....you, sir, will believe the one?
Aaha, A Value investor, great. Hopefully more to follow. Good support here, coming off of a bottom for RSI. I'm thinking what your thinking. Good fortune to you.
Let me say something about manmade change in my little part of the world. My dad used to trap mink and marten in his neck of the woods. By the time I was old enough to trap there was only muskrat and raccoon. I'd say man had a big influence in their near extinction from my state. My dad used to ice fish on the Delaware River and drive his car on sometimes. Me, I've never seen the Delaware frozen over enough to ice fish. No reason too anyway, there is no eatable fish in those waters. I'd say man had a big influence on that, pollution and otherwise. I have family in Michigan. They are having a terrible time with mold in their homes because of the mild winters not killing the mold. Been there two generations, never had a mold problem till this decade. But, thats right, you say its just the world changing on its own, we're not responsible.
Now here is the smoking gun, so to speak. Science can measure the different CO2 in the air, some comes from nature and some comes from MAN. The number of carbon atoms is different from recently made CO2 (Nature) and manmade CO2 burning fossil fuels (ancient). From ice core measurements CO2 levels are presently the highest, going back 400,000 years. Now here it is, the MAJORITY of present CO2 is from the burning of fossil fuels (Industrial Age). Its measurable and confirmed by scientist around the world. Man is responsible for that.
I accept responsibility for whats happening on this planet and I will try to live a lifestyle that helps this Earth, not exploit. The Science has got it right and it will take some people time to accept. Heck, It took the Catholic Church 190 years to admit Earth revolves around the Sun and not the opposite. Some schools in the 1700's were made to teach both ways (Heliocentrism vs Geocentrism), sound familiar.
Time for deniers to man up and accept responsibility for these changes on Earth.
Well.... One month has past. There is one thing that I can predict about stocks.... 99% of the time predictions are wrong! Not even close to 200MA.
No word from WL yet. Might have to wait for 1st quarter results. Looks like day traders are bailing. Then we should hopefully go up, keep your fingers crossed.
@ billijet, Ive been on this board when there was only budman and me to converse, I probably own more shares of WLCDF more then most around here, so dont worry yourself about me missing out. A wise investor looks at all things, good all bad about companies; others may just look at the bright side and get blindsided.
Is it just coincidence that you and hockeyguy were both up at 3am. Methinks
not. Your too obvious.
Thanks Tee, that's exactly what I wanted to know, if this buy would or would'nt have a cloud hanging over it. Can't wait for this to be over, 4 years and counting.
650 shares, not alot of confidence. This slow bleed from 26 is hard to take, but divy is nice. Reaching a strong support level, expect a bounce that might start a new trend. Could draw in some value investors. Strong dollar not helping foreign sales. Upside is more likely then downside. Keep your fingers crossed. Good to see this board come alive.
Spy dividend closed on 19 mar-209.48. On march 20 spy says they closed @208.56 paid out 860 million in divs. Math tells me I got nothing gained nothing lost. Shares were diluted so dividend is a sham. Is my math correct? Gave divy on 19th and value of shares decrease and take divy away.
Good catch, Joe. Also, hockeyguy is an obvious tool from dundee capital. Kinda puts a different light on their rating. Notice also, target price is 1.30 canadian, which translate to 1.04 american. Its a shame, when price targets are announced there is usually a ulterior motive. Dont invest because of price targets is good advice.
