I know I'm not the only patient investor checking this board now and then. I don't have a lot to say, but I am absolutely loving this price action. The short interest report will come out after the close tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how many were left as of the end of March after the increase mid-month. You don't see short squeezes this stealthy every day!
The earnings report will be in the first week of May. Institutional money holds the majority of shares, followed by insider shares, many of which cannot be sold outside a formal secondary offering. There just aren't many shares floating around. I was encouraged by what I heard on the last conference call, particularly related to several analysts questions about the low forward guidance. Harold Bevis made it clear that projections assumed then current conditions. It matters little to me; while things are getting interesting I think the real fun will come later in the year.
That said, I have a resting order to take a little off the table in this runup ahead of numbers. Selling options has helped me stay patient What a long strange trip it's been!
