I think there's inside whisper that we're not anywhere close to the promises made by management of production increases.. back to my statement of doubling production in one year is pretty hard to do. You need a 25% increase per quarter.. so as that unfolds or does not unfold, the price will react accordingly, and considering we still diluted what, 25 or 30% for a bunch of production promises, there's a lot to live up to. Aussie price action says to me we are not keeping pace to meet promises and that's when the dilutionssssss will weigh heavily. Not to mention the stated goal of the IPO dilution was to dblx2 in 2 years, and now we have over half the dilution with no revised expectations or production updates to indicate what will happen or what is happening. Very poor management if you give a ratsass about shareholders, imo, and yes, that was a negative comment, but justifiably so as we can see from the NEGATIVE price action.
I think there's no volume. There has to be volume to change the selling price.
mc.. your response in the other thread of my statements of what might be behind the Aussie action, and that SEA does not release much else is just statements of facts. We've recently taken quite a bit of expected dilution off the table, the natural expected reaction of SP would be to go up, thus my 1.10 to 1.20 prediction. This has not happened, in fact, the opposite is happening. I am looking for intelligent conversation as to what the underlying cause may be.. it does not require feelings, I said nothing negative, just asked for a discussion as to what might be the reason for the unexpected reaction we're currently experiencing.. take it however negative you like.
On another note, you can go to any other message board and with similar circumstances as here, with about 40% of 43% total dilution now completely off the table, and the stock goes slightly up but then drifts down, there would be similar questions. The difference is there would be intelligent responses.. you've helped me realize there are no intelligent investors left at SDCJF which has been obvious for some time. Only those incapable of rational though who run around with management pompoms would stay in this stock.. thanks for finally getting the reality of this predicament through my thick skull :)
mc.. your mind thinks too negatively.. everything to you has a negative spin and I find it a little intriguing how you're able to blame me for that. Interesting stuff.
Was just looking for speculation as to what might be going on with SDCJF, if anything.. not sure where your suggestions come from, maybe you watched too many of those dish commercials where a guy ends up on a string of heinous acts because he has cable?
net numbers minus cost, factor in SSN's interest, factor in decline rates, down days, etc your hundreds of millions turn in to 20M and less spread out over 10 years. A whisper on a scream Mr. Andyson, just like you.. redundant and irrelevant.
Good morning, unfortunately, SSN doesn't have anything that can be developed fast enough or produce enough oil with SSN's interest to bring in enough positive cash flow to expand or lead to any more possibilities here. It can limp along, and that's about it.. unless bluff-fed hits oil, which is SSN's 3rd attempt to find oil in Goshen County Wyoming. If they hit commercial oil there, it could turn this company around overnight.. big gamble! See how the NSY development has little impact.. any other developments would either be SSN as operator which is very risky by their proven drilling record, or give up significant interest to JV another operator, like they did in NSY.. that's it here.. TMB is a good negotiator, but he's in his upper 60's now and I'm sure is thinking more about his own retirement than SSN future, IMO.. that's what I'd be doing at that age :) good luck!
Look at news on Sundance's ASX listing.. S&P added them to All Aussie 200 Index 3/21..
Starting up in Oz too.. we'll see $1.10 to $1.20 pretty soon :)
Yup.. should have stuck to my plan of hasta la vista, just imagine if we were sittin full dilution on NASDAQ right now.. yowsers.. dodged a bullet! When/if dilution stink ever gets off this stock, it just might go somewhere but the D risk does not seem to go away but instead just hammers share price down down down.. ugh.
Thanks justdb, you managed to post one on-topic post.. how hard was that?.. even if you did follow it with off-topic and alt ID's... it's a decent start.. but... what I asked was if anything has been mentioned about the 3D since the news release?
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug 16, 2013) - Primary Petroleum Corporation (TSX VENTURE:PIE)(PETEF) ("Primary" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that it has entered in to a Purchase and Sale Agreement to divest of approximately 9,245 net acres of non-core leases with a Denver based E&P Company. The purchase price was for US$50/acre, which represents a total transaction benefit to Primary of approximately US$462,250. The transaction is scheduled to close on or before September 30, 2013 and is subject to due diligence by the purchaser. Primary continues to hold under lease 295,836 gross acres (208,649 net acres) in its Pondera Teton prospect in NW Montana
The numbers seem off, probably a type-o, but the 208,571 net to be auctioned is very close to the "Primary continues to hold under lease 295,836 gross acres (208,649 net acres)" net in the press release. Looks like they're selling it all IMO.
Surprising there does not appear to be interest to tap USA markets for capital. With the user count, growth, and exposure, this would fly on the NASDAQ and catch the attention of FB, Goog and the like! All IMO only..
I'm thinking they may do an IPO on NASDAQ or NYSE after merger for a capital raise.. which with keek's 65M users and growing popularity, would not be a bad thing at all! That's just wild speculation, nothing to support my opinion.
I personally agree with Putin.. this is an internal Russian / Uero thing not our business. It would be similar as if Putin started backing Mexican drug cartels on our Mexican border or telling us what we can and can't do to protect our borders.. not exactly the same but I hope what I'm saying makes sense.
