If PRKR loses appeal, and no one knows where that stands in the minds of the 3 wise men, you will have to go back to your drawing board to tell us why they will lose the 2nd case because Cawley has agreed to a full contingency to fund same.
Regardless of the result of the appeal, now that Cawley has agreed to a full contingency on the secong QCOM-Samsung case (which is substantially larger than the case on appeal) PRKR will survive any decision by the Court of Appeals. Shorts are in BIG trouble.
