Again...please tell us all where you are hearing that UA will purchase MSLP. Not that I don't believe you, I've just never seen such info anywhere except on this message board.

I sincerely hope that is the case. I don't remember seeing anything about upping the A/S without dilution. I was hoping that I had read that wrong, though. Thanks gtmac

Okay, so disregard my previous statement about this being the "best thing to happen to this stock".

After further review, it seems that MSLP is looking to do a 650 to 1 R/S...HOWEVER, the fine print states that immediately following the R/S, 100M shares will be issued. As you may well know, I have been long in this stock for quite some time, but I am afraid this company just duped us. This truly is a huge gimmick, unfortunately. I cannot say whether I will sell or not, seeing as I have already lost my pants. Might just stick around in hopes that a REAL company will purchase MSLP someday.

This is the best news we've had yet! As much as I didn't want a reverse split, this is truly the best move on their part to get more shareholder's attention. So much for the "get rich quick" deal that many of the fellas on this board were hoping for....

wbmarks28, thank you for your post. I am in the same situation with a huge loss on this stock. I became infuriated with what you said about this company having to be worth 100million dollars to even reach a nickel and so I used that in part of my comment I posted on MSLP's facebook page. I love a good #$%$ every now and then...

My comment on their page in case they delete it...

Muscle Pharm, I am currently a shareholder in your company. I have posted on your wall once before, but the comment was replied to and immediately deleted. I simply would like to know why your business releases no information to its investors at least on a quarterly basis (not including 8-K's that tell us you're diluting the stock further and mandatory SEC filings. We want to know what the plans are moving forward, expansion ideas, new markets, etc.

I am very confident in this company, but unfortunately am increasingly let down by its leadership. Your company has yet to post positive earnings and has relinquished the accounting company of its duties due to the fact there was "substantial doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern." However, the following list of names in the leadership of this company feels as though they have deserved bonuses for the 2012 fiscal year.

    Brad J. Pyatt $ 160,000
    John H. Bluher $ 130,000
    Cory J. Gregory $ 130,000
    Jeremy R. DeLuca $ 130,000
    L. Gary Davis $ 75,000

This is absolutely embarrassing muscle pharm. And Brad Pyatt, you should know better. Please rectify this situation before you run this company further into the ground.

And for the record, you guys currently want to have your company's shares to be sold on a large exchange, but do you realize that with 2 Billion shares outstanding, in order for the stock price to get to a NICKEL, this company would have to be worth $100 Million!!!

Let's be gentlemen and run the company in a way that makes us ALL money.

    -Good Day to You

I have to agree with mtc44380 on this. I am still holding onto a couple hundred thousand shares and am still buying. Brad Pyatt has no clue how to run a successful business, but it seems that he has recently (in the past year) surrounded himself with people who do.

I hate to be ironic, but besides the poor numbers, this is actually a great company. They offer products that seem to trump most others in their class. I have personally used them and absolutely LOVE them. Back to the numbers issue...it seems as if the company's reach has surpassed its grip. Meaning that they have expanded at much too fast of a rate to allow their sales to keep up with the price of expansion. This is why they are in such great debt. Once the sales begin to catch up, I feel this company with flourish like the best of 'em.

    Happy trading, friends

I agree. I sincerely think this company is actually trying now to make a profit and begin selling stock on a large exchange. Their products are rock solid, so at least they have something to rely on.

My only question is where in world are people getting the idea that Under Armour wants to buyout MSLP? I am completely baffled to still see this pop up on these boards.

What are you even talking about? The last recorded insider transaction that took place was in July and it was a Director that was called for a statement of ownership, of which is remains to own 7.5M shares.

Also, you're a nutcase for even posting this. Looking back on the charts, there weren't even 100M shares traded the entire day of the 8th!

I just about #$%$ my pants when I saw the close today! I expected ANOTHER LOSS...This can be either really good, or really bad.

Typically when companies are about to go private or bankrupt, the PPS rallies a little, referred to as a "cigarette butt buy". People are getting one final good puff out of it and letting it hit the ground.

I sincerely hope this is not a cigarette butt. There is something going on though...something like 74 million shares traded today?!

So I'm sure you all may have seen this, but for those who haven't, to lift your spirits about this company, MSLP was awarded three separate times this past weekend at the Mr. Olympia event.

    Brand of the year
    Packaging of the year
    Pre-workout of the year

We will not see immediate results from this, but for the long run, people really like our products! So much so that they voted for them!

Where did you hear about a 500M share buyback? I haven't heard anything of the sort besides earlier this year when MSLP lied to us about a 100M share buyback that never came to fruition. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a naysayer, I just don't know what to believe from this company or its sources.

What the hell is going on with this stock?! It's as if everyone has been dumping for the past two weeks! ...and please, nobody say anything about the price "showing SUPPORT." This stock price has NO support as far as I'm concerned.

The thing that keeps me long in this stock (besides the taxes) is their amazing products. These things are wonderful. And for the record, I'm not some fat kid hiding behind his computer hoping to make a quick buck from the market while sucking down some health supplements to say I'm active. No, I actually use the #$%$ out of assault (green apple) before I run and work out.

I am aware that we are all awaiting the big day this company posts positive revenue, but honestly, even IF they post gains for Q3, we won't see them until NOVEMBER! Does anyone see any silver lining SOON to come? And will the announcement of the awards ceremony for products of the year really boost this stock later this month?

So I noticed that this morning the trailing three months EPS has gone up from -0.03 to -0.02. Was there an amendment to the financial statements or are they still buying back shares of stock?

On page 9, it looks as if sales have increased five-fold. It also seems that the long term debt has been greatly decreased. Maybe I'm just reading this wrong because there was something the investors clearly did not like today (down more than 16%)
