7-9 million in new revs LMFAO ..

.First you have to ramp up .....you got 500 k ,,,,25% margins ....you could make 125 k if all goes well ....

as far as existing sales goes ......Jones has told you 7-11 ONLY.....they have 500 k that means they will not be ramping up for existing sales

Credit line ends in 4 weeks no cash left 3.8 million in debt burning 180 k a quarter and the SUGAR DREAM is still ALIVE.......TOO FUNNY....

you clearly flunked basic math not understanding the big picture ....as you clearly believe Jones has a chance....

Jones told you 7-11 ONLY this year and the recent modification to their line of credit was also updated to 7-11 ONLY ...500 k and no orders under 100 k ......no reborrow ..ends in 6 weeks

If you really understood the numbers Dummy ...you would see Jones has no cash left and ONLY the 7-11 line of credit ...

how much soda can Jones sell with no capital to buy goods...

how much soda will Jones sell when the doors are closed for good ???

    DIPCHITTTTTT

2 years in the making .....with out the 7-11 deal you wouldn't even have 500 k in credit .....JC will cash a few more checks before the doors close .....keep avoiding the Facts and cross your fingers .....

Dummy ....4 bottles a day and 2.00 to jones = .50 cents per bottle ....Jones Margins are already low with out a partner taking 66 % of the top line ....Jones has never turned a profit with a price point below 1.49 or even a buck per bottle ...and now you give them .50 cents and say i have faith in JC it will be profitable ...lol

If 7-11 is taking 66% of the top line ....you have faith in JC that there's high margins in 7-11 deal ... .....LMFAO

The other point you longs keep avoiding is how much credit is available to ramp up with ...and that facility is ending soon ...

    keep crossing your fingers .....

DMXdipchittt.....you missed the whole point ...Jones only has 500 k and 6 weeks ....knowing Jones has 500 k to ramp up with .. and only going after 7-11 ....it is real simple to see that your delusional thinking Jones has a chance to survive ..........

    ONLY 7-11 THIS YEAR AND 500 K....

    500 k = 125 k GROSS PROFIT before SGA Expenses.....

    Wrong again doggy ...

Jones calls cost of goods - revenue = GROSS PROFIT ,,,,I have explained this to you numerous times but you fail to understand .......And then SGA expense is deducted and you have your bottom line.....

The 480 k in revenue received is top line revenue ...75% of that cost is goods = 360K

Jones GROSS PROFIT = 120 K then SGA Expense is Deducted just like i told you ...

So that 360 K on cost of Goods you would need to spend first ......thats my point Jones only has 500K to spend or ramp up with to make 120 K .....THAT'S MY POINT ..

The Problem why you don't understand is your pointing out TOP LINE REVENUE not GROSS PROFIT .....

IF you want 480 K Gross profit your cost of goods is 1.9 million

    SIMPLE MATH ....

i have been spot on the last 7 years alde ....simple math ........how are you going to get over 1.9 million of goods on shelves to collect your 480 k a month gross profit ......you only have 500 k and 6 weeks

    it can't be done .........

50 cents a bottle ... low margins .....But the problem with your Example is your pointing out Gross profit ....with 25 % Margins Jones would have to spend over 1.9 million a month on COST OF GOODS to achieve a gross profit of 480 k a month .. Jones only has 500 k ...and 6 weeks .......And you did not include the operating expenses

7-11 is getting 50% of the price point .....that doesn't leave Jones with any meat on the bone .....Jones was losing money on a 1.50 price point with out 7-11 ..........Ramping up costs are limited to line of credit 500 k that will terminate soon...and sales numbers will be pathetic ...they are not allowed to REBORROW and they are only going after 7-11 this year .

so if all goes well you should see 125 k gross profit ....before operating expenses......

    GAME OVER......

7-11 only this year ...Jones told you in SEP 10 K

As we announced in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 3, 2015, we entered into a product and supply agreement with 7 Eleven, Inc. for distribution beginning in 2016. We anticipate that we will build inventory for this agreement beginning in the late fourth quarter of 2015 into the first quarter of 2016, using our cash and our Loan Facility. We cannot predict the amount, timing or frequency of product shipments under this agreement and as such, our revenue results and working capital requirements may vary significantly on a quarter-to-quarter basis.
