My guess is that earnings are going to be pretty sad this quarter. I really don't care. This is one company that doesn't manage from quarter to quarter. They clearly have a growth plan that is costly in the short term but will pay off big time in the next 12 - 18 months.
The dividend could go down especially if management is wrong about their future performance. Personally, I think the energy sector of our economy will continue to grow and CLMT seems to be one of the most aggressive MLPs in the sector. Hey, could be wrong but have to invest on what I think the future holds not what may have happened last quarter.
You mean there are a dozen or so that could win. What you fail to see is that none of them will get the nomination.. why is that? first because a candidate will need the full support of the religious right which means despite their true views candidates will have to espouse beliefs of a known group of nut jobs. Second, they will have to appease the tea party minority that advocates Orwellian economics. third they will have to appeal to the 1% that demand tax reform that is built on a trickle down formula that only trickles up. Best luck to the 12 that could win but have to negotiate those obstacles.
Makes sense. Chedcked Raymond James research and nothing new there. I think they have the best energy analysts. they only have a "market perform" on the company because of their coverage shortfall. they expect less than a 1.0 through the rest of 14 but state that with all they have done in the way of organic growth distributions could grow again in 2015.
I don't know #$%$ about the Affordable Health Care Act except that it includes huge subsidies for those that can't afford a plan without financial help. Great plan when you don't actually have to pay for it. - because ultimately I am on the hook for it.
They are a little slow to sign up. Seems like they got suckered into both Iraq and Afghanistan and aren't so sure this next fling is going to work out any better.
BAd place to be for an Imam. Wouldn't want to be preaching that in the heart of religious bigots.
She does more to get out the democratic vote from independents than Rush in his wildest dreams.
Let's see? did Obama let him in or did Perry's crack medical system let him go, chase around Dallas for a few days and then ask for government help.
Yes! More whining from republicans that have a platform built of straw that almost any democratic candidate can blow down.- just like the big bad wolf.
Many of us should be happy for the top 1 percenters. Guys like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are incredibly rich American heroes. Unfortunately, the majority of 1 percenters have egos bigger than their hearts.
Actually, I am doing quite well - not buffet like but better than ok. Most of my life I have voted Republican but whatever happened to that party disappeared at least 8 years ago. Republicans that think they have the best approach to our economy maybe right, if you don't choke on "trickle down economics" But then you get into the anti Immigration reform, anti gay /lesbian, rights , anti climate change, anti women's rights, idiotic support for flat taxes without real thought to total tax reform and you have to say "i'll still be OK but I can't vote for a party controlled by fringe nut jobs.
Actually it was an overdose of lead. Everyone knows that lead poisoning is especially dangerous for kids.
I agree that Huckabee is going to have a fair amount of influence on who becomes the presidential candidate. He is exactly the personification of nut jobs in the party that will prevent a candidate that could win from getting the nomination. On the other hand I do like Bush, Christie and Ryan. None or them will get the support of evangelicals or the tea party - except for Ryan who would really disappoint them.
I am clearly a racist. Despite the fact that as a company commander in the very northern part of South Viet Nam I relied primarily on black sergeants that were absolutely the best in the world. If my back were against the wall I would choose most of them to be at my side. The problem is that the black community in general blames discrimination for their position in life rather than the lack of education or even the lack of a father.
