If you go to the Apple App store, or the WW Facebook page, you will see just how strong the resentment is by users regarding the roll out of the new WW website and App. There are hundreds of people posting a "1" rating for a service that use to be rated a 4 or 5. This is a major issue for WW and I fully expect net income for the quarter and year to drop significantly. This appears to be such a disaster that it could push the stock to new lows. Worse is the response being posted by WW to its users - which is totally missing the point that WW screwed this up, rolled out a Website and App that not only doesn't work right, but destroyed users stored data. Unless corporate responds immediately by a roll-back of the Website and App, a refund and an apology, my guess is you will see a loss of 25% or more of the users base, that will not be made up by new customers in January, who will most likely go to some of the free Apps now available and with 4-5 ratings.
