I think they need as much exposure as possible. More bang for the buck with both locations. The scary part is that the 67k sqft facility is said to close end of first quarter 2015 (that's March 31 by my book) they also said the smaller location was pushed back to March 31, SAME DATE. What are the chances they get BOTH done at the same time? Given there history.........hmmmmm
That determines to be calculated on first off IF they do a R/S. Although it is filed with the SEC that they may want to do one, Investor Relations suggests they may not do a R/S. But if they do then the company will decide If it is 1/2 or 1/100 or 1/1000....and so on

With two potential closings around the corner I cant help but think this is a great opportunity even though days like this are hard to digest. Look at FITX a few weeks back were at .0007 and then the next few days .028. and that company has all sorts of zoning issues and a ceo that makes up employees and so on. At least MDCN has zoning in the bag already per the 8k
would think if it was 3MM vol worth of buying we would be up, not down. Wouldn't make sense to me for the price to fall as buying occurs.... unless I am wrong.
Yes it seems the 2nd appraisal was not in order as we did not get a real reason as to why the deal did not close. As for the 67k sqft property, I am having a hard time believing they are gonna close on that when they cant get the 7200 sqft location closed on. Perhaps because all the contingencies are met makes it possible...who knows. As for funding it I guess they will be issuing more shares??? Question is, is issuing shares going to prove beneficial IF they close the 67k sqft facility. Maybe if they close that AND the 7200 sqft facility it would be beneficial. Thoughts?
I can agree that IF they close on various locations longs will gain immensely. BUT if you read all the new PR's, stock radio interviews and so on it looks like the AZ location might close end of quarter. Older PR'S suggested the 67,000 sqft facility was to close first quarter of 2015. So do you think both will close by then? BOTH????
