Interesting up till today when general mlp group went up PAA GEL EPD Ngls distributions this quarter did not move needle. KMP at a penny a quarter and 5% yoy looks stuck until they buy out GP Stay with CAGR.
I only sneak this on your message on your board Cramer has MMP on tonite 7/16. Might be interesting listen as MMP perhaps one of best managed oil distribitor and storage mlp
Paragraphs 2 and 3 are on target but the jobs report was not positive . Total employment picture mirrors 1970/s. More part time workers and less full time workers because of ..care. Almost all mlp's but 2 or 3 were down. Midsize volume-profit taking by same funds that have bid this up Distribution release starts in earnist next week. MWE has not alot to run up for next 3 weeks. GS appeared to give it a jolt up. Follow the volume to get a better fix of where MWE goes until Auig 20 then.........
While there is a break in action until distribution volleys start in a week or 2 I recommend those who are mildly interested in my my golden year thoughts and then what, to read this week MLPDATA . Basically it shows by conjecture that oil mlp's will need additional expansion by 2018. I still believe in mlp rotation and that we are in the export cycle for mlp's. It should last until 2018 for LNG PropaneButane etc and condensates. I know this is a stretch for most but I am in this for along time and 2018 is not so far away.
Thanks for information. I just bought a small amount of epd for the 5 or 6th time. I wish they would go 1penny plus each quarter. I however am fixed on OILT who as you know has given and contracted with EPD for their docks in Houston Channel. OILT is dropping down their terminal in Texas City. Although it is presently not in the game with products everybody is talking about they have 2-3 docks which probably would be expanded. Thanks again
After reading headlines I went to latest MMP conference were they talked about building a splitter at Corpus Christi. It was slated to cost $250M. Of that 65% was for terminal infrastructure, storage, dock improvment and pipeline connectivity There is also a picture of exactly what they breakdown gives them with approx API of 50 . I have been refrencing the impotance of infrastructure and the slide proves that whoever has outlet to Gulf will be in export business weither it is condensate or byproducts of splitter. Marv
a must read today at RBNenergy about the subject
I really mean't to say that what is most important and key to everything is the following:the condensate after treatment must be piped by company to the docks for export where the ships are loaded from the pipelines.
The question is that they have committments to build a splitter I think they would have to change the contract as it was written. NGLS/TRGP is my 3rd largest. They have the docks. As much as OILT is in partnership with EPD on docks they are dropping down Texas City which has 3 more docks presently.MMLP in Corpus Christie has docks and announced a splitter. ETE in Lake Charles can also join in future.SXL is moving the condensate toward La and MMP also moving condensate. This ruling affects a number of mlp's positively.
I think Corpus Christi TX somebody else has docks and pipes in Texas City
Money there are 8 splitters under consideration and 1 operating now for Total. MMP NGLS KMP have commitments and would not be financially affected. Since construction hasn't started they could modify the plans I think. I once again say these companies are valuable because they have pipes to bring something to gulf and the docks to ship it It is not all about Houston and Beaumont but 2 have docks in Texas City TX. What I object to is the cheap shot that some take at people who are trying to educate the group of people who don't have time or inclination to study the mlp market. You post 2 times a month with some piece that you find not to your liking or misinformation. If you have what you infer then you should have some wisdom that you could give the unwashed . It is easy to hide behind annonimity of a message board and post two liners twice a month. However, there are those like chrx-money arb- nymar-buyand-Hach who give INFORMATION that effects MWE and others in the group. I don't care to make this board a cheap shot forum
To all who feel that they don't like what I write ignore it. I was answering somebody who has been on this board a number of years. It was not a public forum. I personally feel people like you and the other character who come out of the wall once a year to pick at something I write should ignore what I write it is not for YOU
While I said that YOU are too late for ETE it is not that ETE is bad but the easy money has been made since split at about 82. ETE is GP of RGP ETP SUSSER SXL and debt total is not the problem but mangeable debit is what to look at. Your technical focus and individual fancy is great for you BUT the market is comprised of followers, lazy investors, funds who manage money and a few of us who have our own approach to investing along with animals that appear but I will call Terminix to deal with them. As always Marv
I just spent 4 hours watching and listening to OILT analyst day. It was there that the ruling was brought to the attention of group and my report. Money we have kept this message board timely and knowledgeable. About 7 months I let out about OILT and Hach took the bait. They are on target to be a good mlp investment. I made alot of marine and docks and ships these last 2-3 months. OILT is the docks for EPD NGLS TRGP also are the docks for condensate. A couple of days ago I mentioned splitters being built. They have the docks also. I also thank you for the ruling and your IV contributions.
