See post dtd 10/14/14. I hate to sound like a broken record, but it's the economy stupid.....I mean technicals stupid. HILL fundamentals are strong and unless you have a crystal ball, you will not make money by buying/selling based on what you "think" is going to happen with contracts, industry trends, or anything else. The chart does not lie and until it says sell, you had better be holding this one.

    New Markets and Volume Orders

Great post; I agree with your analysis. I think cappy is closer than ever to capturing the big orders your refer to. They're in so many markets and industries now, its just a matter of time before there is a major catalyst type announcement. This will be the paradigm shift needed to move the profit needle. Operating leverage is the key here, and you cannot leverage your fixed cost structure if you cannot increase revenues. All the signs are there.....

  • I have been following this company for over 10 years....made some great trades along the way, also some not so good trades - but overall done VERY WELL. HILL like many other stocks, WILL NOT trade logically. There is no short-term correlation between fundamental performance and stock price. Over the long-term, several years, sure. Short-term trading MUST be based on technical chart - otherwise you will lose your shirt. We just broke through resistance of around $4.25 - we'll see if this holds.

If you're long-term here, close your browser, and come back in a year.

It's awfully quiet on this board. What's up? Where are all the big talkers making their big predictions? I've found a quiet Board suggests something is going on........We'll seeeeeeeeee. I say up we go!

It's always wise to go back and look at the chart after identifying a trend reversal. The technical reversal sign that appeared on 10/14 remains intact. Anyone have input on where earnings call will take us from here? I believe we're headed higher.

I agree. HILL has been rising quickly in the past 4 days on relatively low volume. That tells me MM is not filling orders from inventory but instead sneaking up price. My hunch is that this recent move is setting up for a big move centered around earnings call. I've seen this happen many times - retail investors have been hammered and are now spooked to get in - by the time confidence sets in the stock will have moved up 100%,

Other interesting observation is the lack of chatter on this board. The stock is up over 30% in a week and I hear nothing but birds chirping......interesting.

Time will tell. Technicals don't lie. If we're reversing and HILL makes good on earnings calls, we're heading up for good. Market sentiment will only slow down advance. Fundamentals are too strong.

Strong possibility of reversal today. 2-day candlestick with bullish engulfing a buy signal. We'll see what tomorrow brings but technical reversal is trending positive.

    Sentiment: Buy
