Still waiting for that one piece of news that breaks this above that €6, $8,20 resistance. Somehow I think it's going to be a large patent settlement or just really good earning from our core business.
Flake, it is exactly what management said when the deal was announced. Now, I dud not hear a word from management about a one time dividend. That is mere speculation.
I play a lot, but don't practice much. Oh, a bucket before the round, half hour on the practice green, a few chips on the other practice green. But, 3, 4 rounds a week is helping. Tom Watson's video helping. New putter really helping. Now, lessons next year to get 20 more yards, nothing more .
My golf game was as good as NOK' s performance this year. Now, planing for next year, I'm looking at shaving a mere 2 strokes on average per round. It won't be easy, but...
When you can't stand to look anymore, that's the time to add. Believe me, I know from experience. Made every mistake dozen of times - and I ain't done yet. But, I got lucky yesterday.
I'm still thinking 25¢ to 50¢ one time and then a 3%+ annual paid quarterly. I hope the match any one time dividend with stock repurchase along with a plan to purchase more over a set period of time. I was against the one time dividend a few months ago, but I'm warning to the idea. I think Calbucks got me in that frame of mind.
Please, oh please, get this price back over $8 so we cannot get rid of the village idiot who disappeared for months only to return. I'd almost let him share in my huge profit if he'd just leave for good.
....and oddly, we are at about the same price. Still looking for that 60+ million share dayDO to break this to new highs. Hey, DOW 17k before year end? Still possible.
Exactly! And that is my point in the starter post. Any surprise on that front and this one is testing, and maybe making, New highs. I'm not a pumped, not a trader on this one. I still believe $11 is a good price longer term (18 months) and maybe much more if management can grow the core.
Sydney, old boy, I'm still looking for a one time payout early next year along with reinstating a small dividend. I see NSN being the backbone, HERE being the future and patients being gravy. I could be wrong, but that's how I see the next 18 months.
This headline came out a few days ago and since that time the stock has gone down about 8%. If a stock's price is the discounted value of earnings and dividends (textbook), then Any delay in future earnings will knock the price down. The realization by the street that monetizing patents may take time has hurt the stock price. On the flip side, any surprise announcement is a deal between Samsung or other co. could spike pps. I'm still very bullish and am just 18 months into a 60 month plan.
