You shouldn't use corporate money or the corporate name in the press to make a personal statement.
The press release, your statement, and the decision to spend more advertising on ESPN is no different than what loudmouth Nick Caporella does over at FIZZ.
You're more than welcome to your own opinions - there's absolutely no reason to tie PRPH to them. If ESPN provides better advertising rates, better frequency, and translates into better sales then wonderful - spend more advertising with them. No need for the press release or getting involved with this.
You can sell if you like, but you're only going to get what I'm willing to pay you.
What's your point of maximum pain? I'm willing to let the shares go there - are you?
5/22 Whitman 200 shares @ $19.90
5/21 Miller 200 shares @ $19.60
5/20 Miller 200 shares @ $19.75

5/15 Miller 300 shares @ $19.57
5/15 Miller 1325 shares @ $19.80
5/14 Miller 500 shares @ $19.80
end of the year shares will be making new 52 week highs
the next couple earnings reports will show continued improvement and turn back to profitability.
you don't buy when everyone else is - you buy after they've all raced for the exits and tossed their shares at rock bottom prices - just like in the movie Trading Places.
with volume back down to historical levels, now is the time to buy - by the time the masses come back again, we'll be sitting pretty.
"The earnings schedule is driven primarily by a change in the audit team personnel, the delay in the auditor’s commencement of the audit, as well as additional procedures required by our auditors."

Go follow another stock - we Longs want this company to start doing well and take it to the next level - unlike you.
"and under $1 it goes to the Pink Sheets"
Wrong yet again. Why don't you check what exchange ELMD trades on fool.
"wouldn't touch ELMD and under $1 it goes to the Pink Sheets... You really want to own this? Maybe a buyout gets you 1.50 a share which is your best hope folks... "
But you were buying shares well above $2.
What a moron!
sales for the quarter are highest in a year. costs will continue to go down. Blue Cross/Blue Shield in-network contracts are now in place. government sales up, international sales up. you are somewhere out in left field.
you lost here - end of story.
move along loser.
You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about - and I'm loving it!
What do mean at these levels they can't?
Why don't you go and look at where the Skarvan and Craney bought shares last year.
You feel bad now having lost your money, but at this time next year you will hate yourself even more when shares are above where you bought.
This is just wonderful!
OMG!!! Look who returns - one of the mockers!
You don't know how to invest and that's why you were destroyed here.
Now, that all the pumpers (like you) and momentum players are gone, if you had the ability to read an income statement and understand what the CEO said, you'd know that now is the time to buy - not at the stupid prices above $2 where you bought.
I'll take all the shares you want to unload here and let you have your tax loss.
Where are you folks who were mocking me when the stock was well above $2 and $3? Ran away with your tail between your legs.
Read the conference call transcript. CEO provided his plan in detail. This is a turnaround situation and like others it will take a few quarters before the bleeding has stopped, then as company continues to execute, profitability will return.
Director also filed yesterday to having bought 10,000 shares.
Maybe shares go lower in the near/mid-term - just a bigger opportunity to buy more cheap. Again, dividend is secure, there's plenty of cash, no debt, nice dividend, and company share buyback.
This is the type of turnaround situation you invest in - where they don't have to worry about debt, and credit/financing issues, have a real product, and just have to redirect a ship that has gone off-course.
I can only hope for that lower price in the near term, but for the fortress balance sheet, I cannot see the price going much lower. Maybe it tries to go to $6.50 or $6.25 worst case.
I'm sure CEO guided estimates for worst case scenario, so company should easily meet/beat estimates going forward. Regardless, a year from now shares will be higher.
"The best acquirer will be Google"
I've thought similar on a number occasions as I see their driverless car, use google maps, etc. Integrating ITI with what they already have could be huge.
