OIBR will eventually bottom out. Catch the falling knife.
They prefer owning U.S. and European stocks. Maybe that's why they're rich.
Better off trading USO until crude stabilizes.

I travel a lot to SA, and in Brazil Oi is considered blue chip like ATT or Microsoft here.
The PPS is abnormally low. Just put in a limit order to buy.
Just between us Irishmen, SA will never be broke. The Old Word is a different story: already broke. Without U.S. help, they would be 200 years behind the apes.
Up 10% on huge volume. Recent NG data was positive. Crude remains a headache. Once that bottoms out, VNR will take off like a jackrabbit.
Don't count on it.

Nobody knows how low crude and NG may plunge the next few weeks/months. Lotsa MLPs will go belly up. VNR should survive though.
