  • ANYONE who can read can see that SQNM patented a gene, and TROV patents are not the same. It's like oil. One can't patent oil, however if you take the used oil out of the car and referbish it; that process is IP. So enuff said on wether the patants are worth something. Second this insider sells at 8$. A mere pitence of the shares this Dr. has were sold. No argument against TROV hold up, and I would argue simple end of year, that time of the cycle, selling is the ONLY reason for TROVagenes slide.
MEDSTUDY is a horses ars, and anyone who believes his garbage will loose on a fantastic way to diagnose the results of cancer treatment. Testing urine will be the standard, it has to be. Look at all the pros and cons. Clearly the Pros outweigh anything else out there. TROV can't diagnose all cancers but the one they can have a huge general population, and the patents are a lock. Looking forward to the HPV studies, and colaborations to come. SQNM hit $30, and the lead Dr. sold out. TROV will hit 30$, and then I will reexamine my position. Till then TROV is a buy. Insider selling is nothing here, and Paul Billings on the board is trmendous.

There is no physical reason for gold. Gold will go to 1K$/oz. Sell gold buy stocks.

  • TROV reconstructs DNA from snippets of smaller DNA in the urine. This process is not naturally occurring, it has to be reconstructed, and therefore is a valid patent. The snippets are naturally occurring, but putting them together to see if the treatment is working is an intellectual property. Think will ya. kenn

Exactly, I said this had to got to 3.60 before up to $9, I don't know why it is, but all stocks do it. ALSO With the name change it will be all new. Why? again, I do not know, I have just seen it time and time again. I have been burned time and time again, but NOT this time, no, I will only buy more at 2.90, and not a dime more, and I will sell at 9, not a dime less. Stocks I've seen: SNIC, CAMP, DNDN there are too many to count. HOLD, don't let what happened to me happen to you. There will be pain.

CLMT needs to speak just like CVRR. Look at the headlines at CVRR. CLMT needs to comment. Otherwise this STRONG BUY is a hold. I'm long dammit, but the divvy makes me whole, so far not drowning. If this little #$%$ in Korea does something......Someone needs to give him money for his people so he shuts up and doesn't open that nuke plant. 2017 is too far off, it that little #$%$. Anyways I may liquidate on a bounce to even money, and put it in NTI, or another high payer since the whole complex has been thrown away now. Any divvy payer is down big. I have no money Long CVRR, CLMT, UAN, and a very small position in HEK @ 4$. 45%, 25%, 25%, 5% respectufully, no cash. Sold my GNC yesterday for CVRR @ 31.08$. AT LEAST WTI HAS FALLEN BIG! SPEAK CLMT speak. Hedge to pally

sorry for the rant guys. I like this co. that's why I bought. Sold at 38.5 and then the share sale and it didn't break 37. DARN!!!!!!!!

You say no news but there is news. VLO came out screaming like a baby on CNBC and then the drop. If it's good for the goose? CLMT is NOT VLO, PSX, or as I have been corrected a major gasoline refiner. CLMT hit the mid 33's fair value and now it's Korea. CLMT had news related, CLMT needs to clarify just like CVRR. The longer CLMT takes to say the impact the longer ??? remain. SPEAK CLMT speak!
Long 37.20 and hating it but the dividend makes me whole.

this is for the Dakota Refinery and 20 months is a long time to wait. typically this is an 8% payer. should fall more. but on the brightside no worries about increasing the dividend. remember any payments exceeding .72 means a 50/50 split instead of the split your enjoying now.

it's called daytraders. Didn't you get the note? The code was "the advertiseing campain" is about to start. What seems like spam is code for the daytraders. The bottom clearly formed at 38, but they got spooked with the late day article. Daytraders will be in and out of a position again and again making 2-5%/ week. Oh well whats a passive investeor to do. ~just be above the 10 day is all I ask. CLMT is a 43$ stock with the dividend on top of that. PT 45$, unless the Montana expansion comes, unless the speciality chemical side takes a big upturn, unless they get oil to the refineries better than the cost of rail, so many unlesses. lmao

I bought @ 28 and 33 in nov. 2012 before the 5M share sale, and still holding all of it. Get rerady to buy more, it could se 33 again but I doubt it, but one never knows just be ready. For sure it's a 50$ stock, just as good as CVI.

why ones greed? No I believe as soon as you know; put it out there. This is why this mngt. team is so well respected. AND IT'S NOT A MONTH SHUTDOWN. and it's split over 2 q's, so if your expecting a big impact, it won't happen. 2 weeks in q 1, and 1 week in q 2 so what's the big deal. it's only 55kbpd lmao, actually that is alot but Montana and Superior we all know will be better for it. I'm not selling, maybe getting ready to buy more, only at a discount. That would be anywhere under 33$. One never knows, it should not hit that but I'm getting money ready just in case.

Umm excuse me, this is exactly what I was refering to in my "wheels came off the bus" message. CLMT was upgraded by the S&P 5 days after the JP Morgan energy conference and the price target is now 43, but the report was written and posted March 2 a Saturday. believe me i check them EVERYDAY. That conference must have been something. The run started that day, and can be found on CLMT home page in the presentations.

  • hahaha of course it is. Everyone sees that triple 40.25 triple top. Of course it NEEDs a pull back. Of course it will eventually hit 50, I believe CLMT is every bit as great as CVI. They do 185Kbpd, we do 160Kbpd. Dakota prarie will add 20K more. get the picture. Funny how some always want it to go up up up. CLMT will go up on down days as this is investment while others are scpeculation. We aren't even part of the DOW or S&P. If it can't or won't break 40.25 before the turnaround, it will hit 36$ first. That said I was impressed that the turnaround will only be 3 weeks. WOW! very good. Splitting it between 2 quarters earnings too. Will not be as much of a drag as some think.

  • CLMT has wings. S&P upgraded CLMT. You'll find out EXACTLY with your own DD. However I believe the presentation given Monday clearly showed CLMT is undervalued, and a refiner now, not just a "speciality chemical" maker. With Canadian crude coming in well below WTI, and the keystone XL being able to supply LA and PAD3 region (is it), I believe CLMT is about to produce as much as CVI bpd. My short term PT is $47. That would give me the years dividend now and possibly a buyin point at 36, say Sept. Oct.. Riding CLMT all the way to 53 and beyond. Just sayin,,,,, I'll probably never trade it, but I could; funny how with the touch of a button I can buy and sell equities. Problem always is figuring out which ones!!!!!(and the stupid taxes). lmao...... and Happy Sunday to you all from the desert where today it hit 80.

    Long CLMT 30%
    CVRR 50%
and a new position taken @ 24.60 in UAN, 20%.

Well I shall see, won't I. CVRR is benifitting from both CVI and UAN. Ichan is no fool , with a 20% dividend, and turnarounds done, i am comfortable for this year. CLMT is solid and mngt. is GREAT. UAN is solid and will be so all year too. Headwinds kept me from making money, MLP's keep me from selling it so.... No cash, all long and looking forward to the dividends for a long long time. Now I can work on the house and do whatever and just collect. I see no big crash as the banks and co. balance sheets are strong. Good skill to you, me I'm not trading anymore, just collecting. But thanks for the advice about no more than 10%, but I STRONGLY believe in these companies and their mngt. ~ at least through 2013. CLMT I would sell at 43.80.
