  • Yellen just reduced a modest 15% and the market responds--DOW down over 100 points. No one wants to ask the obvious question. If the economy is indeed in a genuine recovery, why do we still require billions in stimulus? It has been the greatest wealth transfer in the history of the nation from the citizenry to the banks and Wall Street, nothing more than a ponzi scheme. End game draws near. That's when companies with zero earnings---ZNGA--will be vaporized. Momentum investing is fine and dandy so long as you sell too early, and yes, momentum can move in two directions. You are being reminded of that today.

  • I wouldn't worry. Don will make another "major announcement" just before ZNGA issues zero earnings next month. What a scam.

Rumor is Don is Feed up with Mark Pincus

I would say Pinus' control of more than 53% of the voting shares is a bit more than symbolic. Remember, Mr. P, like Boy Zuckie, awarded himself a special class of stock with highly leveraged control. Don serves at Pinus' pleasure, and Don s not a Heb, so the symbiotic relationship of Zuckie/Sandberg is not there. Blood and money do run thicker than mud. And arrogance. And greed. So many "bossy" idiots.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • The attempts at ZNGA stock price manipulation by the Kosher Nostra are beginning to prove futile as the stock prepares for the great shock--free price discovery based on actual profit. Dump all shares now unless you,
    A) require a tax loss for accounting purposes.
    B) enjoy sitting on a loss carry forward.

There you have it direct from Seeking Upsilon. ZNGA common shares are preparing to roll over. It is not certain by any means that Don's coming announcement of Farmville, Version 3--Going Mobile, can save the stock.
Read all my other negative ZNGA reviews at Seeking Upsilon. I post under two pseudonyms:
    A) Elias Lamb
    B) Good Time Charley (got the blues)

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • The pending question is if the stock crashes before or after the much anticipated 8.2 Great Farmville Quake. ZNGA's servers could be down for as long as 72 hours and authorities in several large cities prepare for social unrest as frustrated gaming addicts take to the streets.
In other news of the day, it is reported that Mark Pinus has taken out earthquake insurance on his 16 room Pacific Heights mansion. Following established guidelines of his tribal pal, Sheryl Sandberg, he also refuses to use the word "bossy" around his household or the ZNGA Brain Trust. Reportedly, Mark has also reapplied for formal membership of the Billionaire Boys Techie Club after he was ignominiously ousted after ZNGA common shares crashed to $2.09. A formal audit of Mark's special class of ZNGA shares is pending.

  • Just push the rose colored glass feature on your computer. It's not too difficult.
Before you do that, make a rough estimate for the monthly cost of operations at the ZNGA Brain Trust.
    Include all the following:
    1. Hefty salaries and benefits for the 2035 button pushers.
    2. Don's annual $1 million plus potential dilution from stock options.
    3. Mr. Pinus is no longer working for $1-. Include his salary as well.
    4. The legal department salaries. They've been busy of late.
    5. In house gourmet restaurant costs, and head chef Tifa.
    6. Mr. P's personal security goon squad. Shareholders foot the bill.
    7. Salaries for the sexy massage therapists.
    8. Promotion and advertising.
    9. Liability insurance.
    10.Taxes
    11.Water bill
    12.Dog handlers
    13.Electric bill
    14.Equipment purchases and maintenance.
    15.All private contracting services
16.In summary, everything, and I have clearly missed a few things.

Now subtract total cost of operations from revenue. It is a very simple math exercise.
Did you come up with a negative number even with highly creative accounting?
Is it any surprise this outfit doesn't earn a dime from their freemium business model?
One more in a long string of zero earnings is pending in a few short weeks.
About the same time the major averages are in decline.

**In terms of full disclosure, I am paid to write these negative ZNGA reviews.

The subject at hand is ZNGA, and you are obviously long this rubbish. It goes down next week. I am now on point, and you can ignore the rationale. Can you please project earnings for the next report in a few short weeks? Oh, there are none. I guess that's why ZNGA's PE ratio is unspecified.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Curiously, but not surprisingly, $105 billion of US Treasuries were removed from Federal Reserve custody over the last week. I would assume that is Russian oligarch money fearing economic sanctions. This vote goes only one way since the majority of the Crimean population is ethnic Russian and Russian speaking. Economic sanctions will be slapped in place by the West within a short period, and Russia will attempt to counter those measures by circumventing and attempting to sow doubt in the US dollar. Russia may receive assistance from China, massive holders of US Treasuries, and increasingly questioning dollar status as the world's reserve currency.

Summary: The war will initially be fought in the currency and Treasury markets, and that will be where the action will be next week. Both gold and silver should respond quite favorably. Should any crisis in confidence occur in the US dollar over the coming months, that can possibly lead to a hot battle. We cannot rely on the Germans backing us up unequivocally since they need Russian oil and gas and are one of Russia's biggest trading partners. It is also worth noting that London has been knowingly laundering dirty Russian money for years and they have motives which might not coincide with US interests. Putin is a master of divide and conquer, and both John Kerry and Obama are out of their league in the battle of rhetoric. Russia more or less has a free hand in Crimea.
Silly ZNGA games will be entirely irrelevant in this scenario. Garbage stock for delusional speculators.
Systemic market risk is the key theme.
