  • Here's why:
    Average Daily SPY Volume: 132,691,000
    Today's SPY Volume: 87,445,203
As with ZNGA, a volume confirmation is required for any break out, and it's not there.
    Tread carefully in these waters.

That ought to be good for a major Toastmaster sell signal.

  • The broad averages are stable with an upward bias, so this would be the perfect time for a 10 to 15 cent push and shove on ZNGA common, and it is not occurring. Volume is again drying up, and if not for the computerized trading which dominates 70% of current volume, it would be plain miserable. These are warning signs. Short covering is done for the moment. The short term traders already covered and have moved on to new prey. A few intelligent and patient traders who are willing to assume above average risk smell blood in the near future. Probability says selling will resume. Volume is the Holy Grail for a stock trader. I see no other indicator as more critical. ZNGA can only rely on some major news event--buyout/takeover-- to propel the stock higher, which is a pipe green bud dream at best. It certainly won't come from earnings.

My employer in Minnewaukan, North Dakota, Vulture Capital Management will transfer me to the Herbalife message board when the following events come to fruition as dictated by scripture.
    1. Dr. Don flies off into the wild blue yonder in the direction of the Canadian Yukon.
    2. 500 to 700 layoffs are announced at the ZNGA Brain Trust.
    3. Mark Pincus and the tribe get their derriere handed to them in civil court.
    4. Nasdaq warns of possible delisting.
    5. ZNGA posts 1'st quarter losses in about 90 days.
    6. ZNGA breaks below $1.99.
    7. Shareholders are leaping from the Golden Gate Bridge.

Summary: Karma Yoga ain't done with this stock.

  • That's why patience is the critical component for a dark cynic like myself. Just observe how patience has rewarded the shorts the last years and severely punished the longs. I'll simply sit here and play Nero's fiddle, because Farmville won't be destroyed in a day. No, it will be a protracted process as this rabid dog bleeds drop by drop. Mattrick's departure and large layoffs at the ZNGA Brain Trust are but a question of time in my view, and the market will not respond positively to these events. ZNGA will post losses as far as the eye can see simply because revenue falls way short of the cost of operations. Do you realize how expensive it is to crank out these asinine games, and there is no guarantee that any of them will click and become the next drug for the masses. A small company with 300 employees might have better chances of success. By the way, ZNGA only keeps the doors open by expending the capital raised in the sham IPO, those who foolishly paid $10- and up for this garbage. If it weren't for this largesse, ZNGA would have already folded because it has never once been a profitable operation since the IPO. This pig is merely rolling in the sty with no defined direction except down. Clearly, this is not long term sustainable. Repeat after me.

Volume precedes price with very high mathematical probability.

Are you blind callow boy? I have been instructed by God to reveal scripture to the heathen on this message board. It is time for you to remove the veil of ignorance (maya) and see the light. Dump all ZNGA shares immediately or be turned into a pillar of dog excrement. The delusional longs shall know the wrath of God.

I have been telling lies about ZNGA since $14.19.
God sent me an email long ago.

Mike, bet the entire farm and take a huge short position in this temple of infidels. I will not reward you seven times. No, I shall reward you seven times seven. It has all been foretold by the prophets. I am the Way, the Power, and the Light. No one enters the kingdom except through Me. By the way Mike, use maximum leverage in your ZNGA short position and be very patient. Be sober minded most of the time (I am realistic.) and be ever watchful. Your adversary, the devil (ZNGA) prowls around like a roaring rabid dog, foaming at the mouth, and seeking someone to devour, which has thus far been the delusional longs. Mike, you have been chosen as my messenger. You are blessed. Amen.
    Yours sincerely,
    God

  • This indicates that there is almost zero intrinsic demand from real investors, and that's real demand you can bank on. Just observe how ZNGA drifts between narrowly defined parameters, and the whole thing smells entirely of computer trade programs shaving for pennies per share. This is not the kind of price action I like and I would definitely not toss money at it. It is illusory, and tells me the next leg in all probability, is down. We can also apply this logic to the averages as a whole, the SPY in particular. Remember, computers can exaggerate selling as well as buying, and this likely will be your undoing. ZNGA is one penny stock with horrible liquidity which remains in big trouble.

  • You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons.
You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • I seriously doubt it. Why fork over your credit card number for what abounds (and by and large a complete bore except for the amateur home exhibitionists) for no charge whatsoever? Let us apply this same argument to ZNGA's business model. Therein lies the rub. We see exactly the same problem. The porn industry, whose capital is the San Fernando Valley, has been devastated by the very technology they helped to develop. By the way, the porn industry is also run and controlled by the Kosher Nostra. Read up on the history of Sin City, one of the largest outfits. Yes, one Reuben Sturman.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Yes, I know the longs will say we are merely base building for the inevitable lurch forward.
    But you are mistaken.
We simply tread water for the moment until this lead zeppelin succumbs further to gravity.
This hype still carries more than a $1 billion premium above tangible asset value.
That's quite dangerous in my view. Substantial downside risk remains.
Because ZNGA will continue to bleed cash as far as the eye can see.
The business model--freemium--is a complete and utter failure.
Active and paying users are dropping like dead fruit flies chomping on forbidden fruit.
Competition in this business of drugs of conformity ramps ever higher.
Barriers of entry to this asinine sector are minimal at best. Minimal capital is required.
Honey, there ain't no assembly line, plants, or equipment.
Just a long endless string of zeroes and ones, mostly zeroes in ZNGA's case.
Two thousand bodies and bloated management will suck this company dry.
And then we have Dr. Don's obscene employment package.
A pox on this corrupt House of Fools!
    Thus spoke Zngathustra.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • It ain't happening today thus far. Perhaps even the robots are abandoning this garbage stock.
This is an ominous development. Dump all ZNGA shares immediately!
    The Russians are coming!

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Mike: We at the ZNGA Brain Trust are sick and tired of your incessant post on the message board, even though your advice did prove to be quite prescient. Why do you have to keep bringing up my insider trading activities and those of the tribe? Don't you realize I have the best legal defense money can buy? I would have hired Johnie Cochran except for the minor consideration that he is dead. Anyway, we already have the perfect defense against the numerous civil lawsuits. Truth be known, I am a highly skilled market timer following in the footsteps of Bernie Madoff. That's why we dumped $600 million of ZNGA common at $13- while everyone else was locked out.
Look Mike, we already know that you have no regular internet access (or regular job), and we also know the exact Starbucks location from which you spread your dirt. I'll remind you that I still run in high circles, though currently ousted from the Silicon Valley cocktail circuit. Yes, I have powerful friends in the Kosher Nostra. You get my drift. Now take a look outside the window of Starbucks right now. See that white van? No, it's not the Church of Scientology. Understand?
    Yours,
    Der Fuhrer

  • And ZNGA common stock languishes in the doldrums with a downward bias, and a $1.99 target price.

Summary: A gifted stock trader draws inferences between supposedly unrelated events. His is the thinking of a poet. He is intuitively tied into the power of the Holy Spirit, which dictates that the temple of infidels, the ZNGA Brain Trust, will decline further.

  • However, let me briefly explain my current dilemma. China Girl always comes running back to me from the black stallions in Oaktown when she knows the ZNGA death spiral has resumed its natural course. In other words, loyalty is not one of her finer attributes, and her appetite for men is the stuff of legend. She is now quite aware of my huge windfall gains from the most recent ZNGA swoon, and she has suddenly once again become a no hole barred woman (yes, the Holy Trinity) available for my carnal desires. There's a cynical streak which runs very thick in my veins, so I'm just wondering if she loves me for my my mind and intellect, or simply my brokerage account. I have discussed this matter many hours with my psychiatrist, Dr. JR Silverstein. He said, "Mike, women are a fickle bunch which we can never really understand. They are enigmas, designed only to frustrate men, and confuse their inner souls. The fair sex often finds security in the almighty dollar, especially after menopause, so nothing this oriental blossom does should surprise you. Look at your conjugal sessions with China Girl as mere biology and instinct, and nothing more. It is foolish to seek that ephemeral sentiment known as love as it cannot be found." Those were harsh words for a true Romantic like myself and I know not what to do. There is much veteran experience on this ZNGA message board, even among the delusional longs, and I remain open to your advice. What happens to China Girl if we have another ZNGA roadkill bounce? Thanks for any help.

  • I want your entire delusional group to sing in unison, very much like a black Gospel choir in the style of The Edwin Hawkin Singers. It baffles me to no end why your group enjoys pain so much, and there's more to come, but human behavior is so often irrational. It's like some of the women I've known in my illustrious past who became quite aroused by a rather severe spanking. Mine is not to wonder why, but I am only too happy to comply to their requests. My attitude is not to question some motives. "Live and let live."
I would like you to finish off your little singing session with that classic electronic tune from Devo. Yes, you already guessed the selection--"Whip It."
    Now whip it
    Into Shape
    Shape it up
    Get Straight
    Go forward
    Move ahead
    Try to detect it
    It's not to late
    To whip it
    Whip it good!
I've often wondered why this tune is so popular in the gay bars, and by the way, I pretty indiscriminate about gin houses, so long as the booze flows freely. Anyway, if you have grown weary of your masochistic tendencies, dump all ZNGA shares at tomorrow's open, or it will continue to hurt so good.

I know that bar, The Raven
However, I call it The Dead Bird.
Here, we are dealing with a dead dog.

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered weak and weary
    Darkness there and nothing more
    Quoth the raven "Nevermore."

  • I've been licked, washed up for years and
I merely survive because of my pride.

That about sums up my life.
Thank God for those bright moments of revelation like the ongoing ZNGA death spiral.
Then I am reassured that the Lord does exist, that good will champion evil.
Because I often am full of doubt.
But I am certain about ZNGA's demise.
So cue up that wonderful tune from Jimmy Cliff.
    A classic masterpiece.
    We no longer make.
