  • No, it is not, especially since tomorrow is a Friday.
After today's decline there will be nervous hands tomorrow.
Many will not want to spoil their spring weekend sitting on a losing position.
It's the stress of the great unknown, and two days to ponder it.
It makes for an uncomfortable patio barbecue with the wife.
That's just the way humans tend to behave.
Which is why direct knowledge of human psychology, not charts, is key.
They will sell. Probability and herd mentality say so.

Summary: Tomorrow's trading activity will be exciting.

How much did Pinus and his tribal brothers already walk away with? How much did Katzenberg get?
Is the total $600 million or $800 million? They were all out at $13-. Remember that little secondary offering?
Why use a gun to rob and pillage? Then you risk going to prison. A gifted criminal issues an IPO.

Paper trading can be a useful educational tool, but since there is no real money on the line, human emotion, especially fear, is not at play. Continue your studies. Don't forget to read all of Jesse Livermore, as he is an indispensable source of knowledge in a rigged market.

  • Brothers and Sisters, I attempted to save you from this carnage and damnation. You continued to worship the false idol ZNGA, and now you must directly know the wrath of God. In the name of quick delusional profits with no actual work involved, the Gentiles--the Goye--have become fodder for the Kosher Nostra. You didn't realize that the dire fate of the fanged rabid bulldog, Satan himself, was already written in the stars. Yes, predestination it is, with a heavy dose of Karma Yoga. Come to Jesus now! Be saved!

Do not store for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. ----Matthew 6:19

  • That's a prescription for disaster as Armageddon approaches.
Especially with hype momentum stocks entirely lacking in fundamentals.
    Like ZNGA. Like Twitter.
What's the actual utility of garbage like ZNGA? There is none.
A tomato has utility. A screw driver has utility.
Do you think anyone at Merrill Lynch would tell you not to be in stocks?
Or 90% of the pundits in the financial media?
Hell no, their bread and butter is completely reliant on your direct participation.
And then they will say, just as they did in 2008,
"No one could have possibly anticipated these events."

Summary: Systemic market risk is at unprecedented levels. This will get ugly.

Smart trade, but extremely dangerous when the broad averages are in decline.

Describe to me exactly what Google would be buying.
A bland menu of stale asinine games, all fads?
Intellectual property without an original thought?
No, Google is not that stupid.

    Not Microsoft
    Not Yahoo
    Not Farcebook
    Not Electronic Arts

That leaves Herbalife and Krispy Creme as potential contenders.
Anyway, this entire market is breathing thin air, a big decline is pending, and there will be no mood for ill advised shopping ventures. Fear is about to supplant greed and complacency.
Meanwhile the band plays on at the ZNGA Brain Trust.
Can't you hear that great sucking sound?

  • At a bare minimum, he must dump 500 bodies.
He is well compensated to play the role of the Grim Reaper.
Even though his pile of stock options will expire worthless.
Mr. Pinus has now quietly exited the stage of this melodrama.
    He will conveniently claim,
"None of this occurred on my watch."

  • 1. Watch this Frontline documentary: United States of Secrets
Part 1 is almost two hours long, and every second is intriguing-- no, quite disturbing.
It is easily found on the PBS website. Part 2 is aired next week.
    2. Now read this piece posted on Zerohedge yesterday:
New Snowden document implies U.S. may be putting Israel's Security ahead of America's.

That's why Snowden chose to break his story with the Guardian and not the New York Times. The New York 'Times is a tool of Israel.

  • Imagine, this hype was 40 cents higher just 48 hours ago.

Summary: To play the ZNGA roadkill bounces you must be very quick with your sell finger. These type of trades are only for those fully versed with the nefarious ways of the Kosher Nostra. $3- coming with at least one more roadkill bounce.

I forgot to mention this. Anyone with a google glass risks an immediate smack down. There's now quite a bit of backlash against this invasion of techies and the subsequent meteoric rises in rents. It's even becoming dangerous to ride in a google or a Farcebook bus. Just the other day I saw a member of the ZNGA Brain Trust being publicly flogged at a bus stop when the unruly crowd saw Farmville on his touch screen. I'm just warning you. There's some kind of revolution at hand. The masses are in a very angry mood. Just say no to the google glass unless you have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. It should really be used only in the privacy of a locked room.

  • Just take my advice on this one major point. Leave the fanny pack at home. If you wear that adornment on your posterior end, no doubt full of all kinds of modern gadgetry, it will cause big problems in this city. People out here are just a little bit different, and I guess that explains why they all vote in the Democratic Party. The current outrage is that the Board of Supervisors has banned public nudity. That was a brief fleeting moment of sanity. I was all for it. Young attractive females should be the only one exempt. The sight of fat gray haired old men, closely resembling myself, prancing about with their schlangs exposed, was none too appealing. There wasn't an Adonis among them. You just saw sagging flesh wasting away. I know you always use a fanny pack on the East Coast as part of your standard attire. Again, I urge you to leave it at home. You might get away with the translucent pocket protector for your Sharpies.

  • Look at today's decline in the dollar against the Japanese yen. We are approaching parity, an extremely important psychological inflection point. Should a 1 cent to 1 yen be broken, all hell can break loose. The central banks will fight tooth and nail to prevent this from occurring, but at a certain point, things take on a life of their own.
Summary: The big action for the remainder of 2014 will be the currency markets, and they will dictate the price of equities. The exact timing is impossible to call, but when it occurs, the lightening speed of the damage will astound all but a few. That's when the nightly news starts viewing segments on the US dollar, but it will only be after significant damage has already been inflicted. How do you defend a declining dollar? You raise interest rates. I need not explain what that does to equities and hype stocks like ZNGA.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • It means the selling is not yet done. Watch for a mass capitulation with a burst of volume. The sheep will arrive at the identical consensus simultaneously. "I can't take the pain anymore. We gotta to get out of this place if it's the last thing we ever do." ZNGA longs should thank their lucky stars that this decline is on subdued volume. Things get nasty when volume dramatically increases. It's coming.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Mike, thanks for the prescient call on the ZNGA roadkill bounce. We exited yesterday at $3.70. It was like stealing a rack of ribs from a ewe. We are now short again at $3.75. When does Don abandon this sinking ship? What's your view on the major averages? It sure looks like the final top is now in place. When it blows, ZNGA will be vaporized. We plan to cover at your target price of $1.99.

Keep up the good work. We see how effective you are. You are driving the ZNGA longs to drinking and psychoanalysis.
Why don't you come out to North Dakota for some Walleye fishing? The lake just turned over. Yes, that farm girl is still awaiting for your return. You recall that husky Scandinavian lass.
    Yours,

I'm sorry you didn't dump quickly on the ZNGA roadkill bounce.
We now move another leg down. Next stop is $3-.
You are correct. I am an absolute narcissist.
I spend hours staring at my reflection in muddied pools of water.
At least the short syndicate pays me for my ramblings.

The music of my youth (late 60's 1970's) will put yours to shame, including Nikki Sixx.
At least he's a survivor from a very serious heroin habit. I still listen to most anything and in any genre except hip hop/ rap though Eminem is somewhat appealing at times. There's some great music out there from the kids, but you must search very hard, mostly found on youtube. It is not found in the commercial arena. Watch this music documentary currently listed on netflix. "Muscle Shoals" That's the kind of rhythm section which interests me, and it's now dead. What a shame.
