  • Why yes Dorothy, that figure of $2.09 will be taken out as well. We will go below $2-.

I knew, and I freely shared my wealth of knowledge on this board of madcap gamblers. I have also been correct on this garbage stock from all the way back to $14.19. My secret: I sometimes visit those boring techie bars, quite expensive by the way, and seek out clods of dirt from those idlers "working" at the ZNGA Brain Trust. Most all of them are lightweights when it comes to boozing. Yes, loose lips sink ships.

  • Your timing must be very accurate to ride the roadkill bounces, and at the moment we have more bad news to come, namely real, not concocted numbers. In terms of pure mathematical probability, ZNGA is an extremely poor bet. A Vegas odds maker would immediately grasp this. Much better opportunities abound. The most conservative bet is to short the entire market, the SPY for example. Sit back and wait for the waves of selling (exacerbated by computers, leverage, and derivitives) at some point this year. No one can precisely call the next decline, but it is predictable over a larger time frame. This is why patience is such a critical component of your strategy. I know many traders who were rich one week, and poor the next. They were addicted to the action but never achieved a stable pile of coins. If you like to gamble, fine, but call it for what it is. It has nothing to do with investing. ZNGA is most definitely not an investment. It is a pure speculative gamble fraught with huge dangers. There is also an established history of fraud. Ethics and integrity are entirely absent. Bend over sheep and prepare for deep entry. It will hurt so good, but apparently, you like it that way.

  • Zngathustra did accurately predict this kind of activity. 100 million shares will likely cross the tape today, and that must be a record, or damn near. Still, we have not yet witnessed mass exodus from the ongoing ZNGA death spiral. Yes, there is more pain to come, and obviously the next lack of earnings report will be the impetus. I would anticipate accelerated cash erosion, ZNGA's only support floor in the final analysis. We also await the day when Mr. Pincus gives a press conference donning an orange jump suit. I feel for your pain bro. Talk to me at $1.99- or lower. Never forget, ZNGA liquidity will only grow worse as it further enters the pink sheet death zone. Yes, spreads will widen of necessity. This is simply the way markets work.

Now, your post is actually quite good--creative. Kudos! Now look up "zngboozled." I was also on the Third Street bus coming from Hunters Point yesterday and some of the (dark) brothers were referring to each other in this manner, " What's happening my ZNGA." I was at first baffled, but then I realized that this is how language evolves, just like a living growing cell. It's only a question of time before the Z word is banned from all public forums. The yahoo censors will likely do it first.

  • Remove those ephemeral dollar signs from your eyes as you drool over capital gains that will never be. Amazingly, even after today's earthquake, the illusion persists for so many of you.
Spin it any way you wish, but this is very bad news. What, a fraudster back at the helm? Are you nuts? In any case, Pincuswill be distracted by ongoing litigation which has real teeth. A jury will have a field day with this case, which is why he ad his tribal brothers best settle out of court. Zngathustra consistently warned that Karma Yoga controls the destiny of this rubbish. You were many times encouraged to run, not walk, from this temple of infidels, but no, you persisted in succumbing to the temptations of the devil. Now you must proffer your souls, not just your brokerage accounts, to that vile imp. Lord have mercy on your lost souls. We have much more pain ahead. ZNGA is about to report off the chart losses later this month. 500 to 700 pampered and spoiled techies will soon be wandering 6'th Street with an alms can muttering, "Brother can you spare a dime?" ZNGA: "A tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing." Keep in mind we haven't even witnessed a crash in the major averages, and that is coming this calendar year as well.

My son arbourplace, you indeed have the power of the Holy Spirit, which has allowed you to see through this veil of hype and ignorance, otherwise known as he ZNGA Brain Trust. I can only hope to one day to have your stock trading prowess. Yes, both you and I are seekers of ultimate truth, which must mean ZNGA will eventually trade below $2-. Thanks for the free subscription to your newsletter. I don't make a move without first consulting your prognostications. When are you coming to San Francisco? I have a special tour de force planned for both of us.

  • This junk company is in huge trouble. Obviously, the next earnings report will be an unmitigated disaster, much worse than anyone expected other than yours truly, and with ongoing litigation, they would be insane to fudge the dismal numbers. Just imagine all the mounting friction between Pinus and Mattrick over recent months, the marriage made in hell. Mattrick is the better of the two, but he was in way over his head attempting to resurrect a lost cause. Oh to have been a fly on the wall to overhear the heated conversations between Mattrick and Pinus. Better yet, let us speculate what Mattrick said to his wife privately about the real Mark Pinus. Truth is often stranger than fiction. I feel a great novel coming out of this tragedy. We have fraud, unbridled greed, Zionistas, lawyers, court room battles, coming divorces, homosexual intrigue in Sodomcisco--we can cover damn near all the bases. Isn't the human condition often a sorry one, with or without money? Someone already said it today. "The moneys for nothing and the chicks are free."

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • The market will judge that it is the latter tomorrow, and we still have a horrendous lack of earnings report pending at the end of this month. In other words, we have not seen mass capitulation, and we won't see it tomorrow on a bad day of trading, but it is coming. The ultimate decision for whomever is at the helm of this phantom ghost ship is that 500 to 700 techies must be slashed, and sooner than later. No doubt, ZNGA is hemorrhaging red ink from all orifices.

Pilot to Dr. Don in his private Gulfstream jet: "Mr. Mattrick, we're cleared for takeoff on runway $1.99."
Don: "OK, let's take the money and run, just like Pincus and Associates. Canada never looked so good in early spring."

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • So as sure as the sun will shine
I'm going to get my share now of what's mine
And then the harder they come,
The harder they'll fall, one and all
    Ooh, the harder they come
The harder they'll fall, one and all

Summary: Karma Yoga is by no means done with this rubbish stock. What? Back to Pincus, a man under litigation over a cool $600 million worth of outright fraud? Are you insane? No, you reap that which you sow. This scam company won't even exist a few years hence. Down and down big time.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • I'll tell you who really knows what the hell is going on, other than yours truly. It's our fourth branch of government. Yes, Goldman Sachs, which the Federal Reserve is a subsidiary of. You're damn right they will sell first. The public always sells last in the final cascade. Let's get ready to rumble.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Mike: You might think twice about wining and dining China Girl at that swank hotel on Nob Hill, even though she is the full package deal, since your April bonus check appears to be in jeopardy at the moment. Frankly, our firm is not the least bit happy about this latest reincarnation of the ZNGA Brain Trust, and you never warned us at any point that this dog has nine lives. Yes, you are correct that this company has never in its illustrious history of infamy (and fraud) earned a single centavo, but you also ignored that fact that the message board sheep are a highly irrational bunch who willing toss good money at hype and innuendo. Have you forgotten about the momentum play, even if there is no fundamental value? Furthermore, these asinine games, a complete waste of time, are now an integral part of modern society. Who the hell reads books and literature anymore? Music with harmony and melody is also DOA. ZNGA is now the brave new world. Listen Mike, I'm just going to warn you that if ZNGA breaks above $3- your job as a common hack may be terminated and you may end up back at the fast food window. Forewarned is forearmed, so get this rubbish below $2.50 post zero earnings, or else you may be served walking papers. And stay off the booze!
    Yours,
    F. Scott O'Rothschild

  • I'm sure all my good pals miss my presence in the local dive bars. Yes, I can also sow a good yarn, strum the guitar, and also dance an Irish jig, but I really want to dance over the grave of this dog ZNGA. Still, what happens if ZNGA and the bottle let me down simultaneously? That's a rather unpleasant thought. Not to worry Mike. The hand of Providence assures that this rubbish succumbs to classic supply and demand curves, especially after it dawns on the sheep that ZNGA has zero fundamental value. This roadkill bounce has not much more ground to cover. Earnings? What earnings?

Better to buy them some tins of Spam. Much more utility.

  • You sheep don't have access to computerized trade programs, but the big boys use them on a daily basis. This garbage stock will swoon. It is but a question of time, and I'm a very patient sort. We have been down this road of deception many times before. Does history rhyme? By the way, who was rewarded by patience? The longs or the shorts? Let the record speak for itself.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • The pre (zero) earnings push and shove by the Kosher Nostra along with Hal's full cooperation were entirely expected, but we must first see if there is any staying power and volume confirmation, or does this transform into just one more limp biscuit. Never forget that pink sheet issues attract the very worst elements of the trading crowd, the sweat shops of Wall Street, where manipulation is a well honed and well practiced skill. ZNGA has no fundamentals, so this is a pure momentum and speculative play, as is true to a great extent of recent movements in the broad averages as well. In other words, ZNGA has absolutely nothing to do with any traditional sense of investing. Let's see how fast the crowd pushes the sell button. Of course, the K.N. sells first, as they always do. This is very risky business indeed. Be very careful when ZNGA posts more disastrous losses in just a few weeks. Meanwhile, recite the 12 Steps of Gamblers Anonymous. Post earnings, you may have a spiritual awakening. A financial one as well.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Another member of this esteemed message board made a brilliant observation some days ago. He pointed out that with all the negative publicity from the ongoing litigation over a mere $600 million in ill gotten gains by Pincus and Associates, the ZNGA Brain Trust is being scrutinized more than your average company. Lawyers and professional number crunchers are watching carefully. Anyone who has been around stocks for any period of time knows that accounting is not a science, but a highly evolved art form, and huge losses can mystically be transformed into small losses or even paper profits. It's much like alchemy, and our system is designed to encourage this type of hocus pocus, and much explains why rotten CDO's from 2008 carried AAA ratings. ZNGA will once again be tempted to follow this path of deception with the major caveat that the company already has established a horrible record of ethics and integrity. Yes, people are watching, and they are watching carefully. This time 2+2 cannot equal 7.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Am I referring to this current roadkill bounce in ZNGA? Hell no. $2.80 still remains critical resistance for this folly of an outfit, whose slogan apparently is, "Free games for the masses, lofty salaries for Job Corps participants, and zero profits for the shareholders." I still suspect the big boys (The K.N.) will push and shove on this garbage above $2.80 pre-earnings in an effort to draw in the message board sheep, and even if they are successful, it will be an extremely short lived affair because the next report will be one more in a long string of unmitigated disasters. The delusional ZNGA longs should be most concerned when ZNGA breaks key technical support at $2.50, which oddly reminds me of that plagiarizing rock band from days of yore. Yes, see how that Lead Zeppelin flies.

But back to the broad averages. The Federal Reserve, that private and illegal bank of made men from a certain tribe, is encouraging massive speculation in stocks via a negative yield curve, and this insanity ends not in a whimper, but a tsunami of selling. Yes, a biblical Armageddon. We are more leveraged today than we were in 2008. That thought should keep you awake at night. In this context, ZNGA is entirely irrelevant (as it always has been), just one more form of the dumbing down of America. Shame on us. Shame on so-called democracy.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Do you believe in your wildest fancies that the ZNGA Brain Trust will post a profit just a few short weeks from today's date, even with highly creative accounting? Hell no! Mr. Mattrick, your $50 Million Dollar Man, has gone to the bank on his desultory stewardship of this scam company, but true structural reform was never enacted. His predecessor, Mr. Pinus, walked away with a cool $200 million, and fellow tribe members exacted another $400 million via the fraudulent secondary offering. Mattrick must severely trim the dripping lard at the ZNGA Brain Trust, specifically axing 500 to 700 of the highly compensated techies who do Lord knows what on any given day. He won't make the hard decisions because that of course includes terminating himself. Yes, they all must be informed the shocking news that they must find real jobs at Wall Mart. Meanwhile, Mattrick's obscene employment package and the salaries of these 2000 idlers suck this company dry. You reply, "The public loves to waste time on asinine games, and this is a major growth industry. ZNGA is the drug of the future." Hogwash! I can easily live without Kim Khardashian's fat rear end, but not her lovely cleavage. ZNGA is nothing but a chaotic tragedy fueled only by the initial money of those deluded by the initial IPO, and that money is being expended at a rapid clip. ZNGA: The gift which keeps on taking.

In terms of full disclosure: Zngathustra is handsomely compensated to rant and rave incessantly on the ZNGA message board. He is best put on ignore, but remember, a stopped clock tells the correct time twice
    each day.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • I'm taking Wisconsin.
Straight pick, as there is currently no point spread.
It's a very risky bet, just like ZNGA.
