  • We already know about his fetish for cross dressing and female panties, but let me inform you, the movers and shakers on Wall Street follow his every move. Every major hedge fund in this nation subscribes to his rather pricey newsletter, which comes on strawberry scented paper. Ignore Legend's market calls at your own peril. His latest Kamasutra sell signal calls for an acceleration of the ZNGA death spiral, and is particularly auspicious, because I know for a fact that he has finally been weened off of kiwi flavored daiquiris since he was released from residential treatment for his "little" problem. Yes, the fog, which sometimes distorted his market calls, has lifted, and he is once again at the top of his game. Bank on Legend with a take no prisoner mentality. Short additional shares, and use margin leverage to the hilt. Quite simply, this stock is doomed.

  • Meaningless. It's just the regular antics of Hal and his computer pals. It couldn't even hold the very brief orgasm at $2.63. Ignore these type of moves. They shave for pennies. We head down, and down decisively. One more report is pending, and ever consistent, there will be zero earnings. "But prosperity is just around the corner." Yawn. Same old story/different day. Guidance schmidance. There comes a point where patience is exhausted. We are there. Dump this rubbish.

I disagree with most of your points, but the writing is clear and succinct, a rarity on this board. I'll give credit where credit is due. Kudos to you.

  • The other Legend wannabes need not reply, and this board teems with them. If you only knew his finer qualities, and he looks damn good in a wig. Let me also make it perfectly clear that I'm not talking about some type of kinky Tim Cook relationship in Sodomcisco. Hell no. Legend and I work as a team to drive this rubbish stock below $2-, and I am in dire need of his assistance. I won't tolerate another ZNGA roadkill bounce, as it is just such a waste of time, so we need to get this garbage stock stock down where it belongs. I'm pretty sure SFJLegend has already been released from the Hazelden Clinic, so why all the silence and fakes posting in his illustrious name? I need an answer, and I need it now. Once ZNGA trades at $1.75, I can then move onto my next scam stock. It feels like I have been on the ZNGA message board wasting time for years. Come to think of it, I have been here that long. It's been somewhat entertaining, but I'm ready for new prey. Yes, junk bonds and the homebuilders.

Hot off the wires: Mark Pincus press release.

PS: Frankly, I became completely bored with ZNGA more than three years ago. The IPO and the subsequent secondary offering were merely designed to make a chosen few rather wealthy, a capital transfer so to speak from the sheep to the tribe. Do you seriously believe anyone with an original thought between their ears would waste time with the likes of Farmville or Looney Tunes? I don't allow my own children anywhere near this junk. It's now up to Dr. Don to produce quality drugs of conformity. I gave him two years, and I have yet to see any results. Hasta La Vista Baby!

  • It is with great sorrow that I must inform you that since my Pacific Heights mansion just sold, I will be immigrating to Israel. I have just purchased the Tel Aviv Caterpillar dealership, and there seems to be a great future in bulldozers in those parts. We call them "Cleanup Operations." I wish Don Mattrick much success with what is left of the ZNGA Brain Trust after it was raped by tribal insiders to the tune of more than $600- million. It's just time for me to move on to bigger and better things.
    Yours,
    Mr. Pinus (former CEO)

  • From the horse's mouth:
    Dear Shareholders:
ZNGA has been functioning as a Job Corps Program for otherwise idle self entitled techies since the company was created. What am I to do with all these highly educated bodies, and there are 2000 of them? Should I simply send them down the road to Wall Mart, and keep in mind, few of them have actual experience with real work? I ask you to appreciate my dilemma. These folks have been pampered for years with free gourmet meals, in house massage therapy, beer pong events, and bring your dog to work days. Most lack the survival skills necessary to cope with the hard streets of the real world. They function only in the realm of Farmville, Version 2 and Looney Tunes. My idea is to merely await natural rates of attrition, death for example, and we should achieve an equilibrium of about 300 employees in about two decades. True, overhead is bleeding the company dry, but that's your money. I can't just send these people packing, and send them to the wolves. I request your continued patience. Yes, I am a Christian.
    Yours,
    Dr. Don

PS: I always liked that classic 1969 song--In the Year 2525 (If God is still alive.)

  • No, it wasn't me who was dismembered. I must be on the watch however, especially as we decisively break below $2.50. I'm on constant lookout for white vans of the Scientology variety. Black helicopters as well. You can make enemies on these boards. After all, big money is riding on these bets.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • We have now given back all the gains and then some from the most recent roadkill bounce which started last Wednesday. By the way, who among you is a skilled short term trader? It is extremely difficult to shave 10 to 20 cents on these temporary bouts of irrational behavior. I can't do it consistently. I suspect very few of you can either. Remember, you are playing poker with the Kosher Nostra, and never underestimate their skills. They are the very best players in this game, and even my Irish Norwegian syndicate respects their abilities to push and shove on a penny stock. That's we choose to focus only on the primary trend, which remains down, and down substantially. Everything else is background music, and best ignored. $2.50 is key technical and psychological support, and we will break decisively below it. Patience rewards the shorts, not the longs. This has been the case for several years now. ZNGA: Garbage in and garbage out.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • It was all quite accurately predicted by yours truly. Consider for a moment who is sitting at this poker table.
    Yes, the Kosher Nostra.
And my Irish Norwegian syndicate read their hand exactly.
    You ain't seen nothing yet.

  • This is just common droll, mere rattle and hum. Five million shares? It's a drop in the bucket. I know a hedge fund just waiting to dump several million shares of this loser, a complete scam really They were merely awaiting a pinkboned sell signal, and it's here. Beware of a huge burst in volume and a big price adjustment to the downside. Who can defy Karma Yoga? Not even Mark Pincus. A pox on his gang of thieves!

Question: Am I a friend or foe of odonnellm?

I refuse to deal with an imposter. You are just a SFJLegend wannabe. You can only dream to have his stock trading talents and ear for Bach. Scat! Be gone! And short more ZNGA common stock before you leave. The end is near. I know a real Legend when I see one. You can't fool me.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Then the ZNGA frat boys could simply scratch each others backs and get all worked up into a foaming lather. They would get so excited that they wouldn't even notice when ZNGA suddenly breaks decisively below key technical support at $2.50. To tell you the truth, I don't want to be a member of any club that would have me as a member. I think Groucho Marx said that.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • While it's a popular pastime for many here in San Francisco, I wouldn't say it's my cup of tea. Don't you realize pinkbonedyou is a mole planted on this board by the ZNGA Brain Trust in conjunction with the Kosher Nostra? Foolish sheep. He has been short the stock all along. You folks are the easiest bait and switch crowd I have ever seen.

I believe ZNGA achieved $4.89 from the depths of despair at $2.09, but gave most all of it back. Clearly, it was a very profitable short term trade, but it didn't work in terms of a buy and hold investment. I am not here to convince anyone, but rather to confuse, obfuscate, and sow doubt. I merely crank out this constant dribble for my daily per word fee, now raised to 30 cents, for my benefactor,Vulture Capital Management. We must all accept our stations in life, no matter how mundane they be. China Girl is not one bit happy with my current position. She has caviar tastes, and I am on an EBIT budget. I will receive a large lump sum bonus when ZNGA breaks below $2-. It can't come soon enough.

  • I just received their email.

Mike. We are simply amazed at your stock prowess. Don't tell the ZNGA sheep, but you have been spot on correct about the ongoing ZNGA death spiral all the way from $14.19. You are the Poster Boy of the Year, though a bit long winded. We reluctantly admit that our business model is only designed enrich insiders, but otherwise a complete and utter failure. This somber reality, as you already guessed, shall be born out in the next lack of earnings report in just a few days. We postponed the earnings statement again because we must first scramble a few numbers via New Age Accounting. I wish to inform you that Mark Pinus and Dr.Don wish to grant you a private audience at the watering hole of your choice, which will probably be that dive in Tenderloin, The 21 Club. They are both interested in diversifying out of this dog-- ZNGA common stock that is-- and find your notions about shorting junk bonds and real estate a bit intriguing. Yes, Mark already has his mansion on the market. Please reply ASAP. We request that you don't drink any alcohol before the meeting. Congratulations. Mike, you really broke the mold.
    Yours,
    Natalie Goldstein

Pincus Envy would be the answer. It's some type of Freudian disorder and difficult to treat.

  • And with each coming day there will be more. Since the barriers of entry are so limited to this business of producing these inane drugs of conformity, competition ramps ever higher, and it can be accomplished from any spot on the globe (China/Pakistan/India?), not just in the absurdly expensive environs of San Francisco. Just because ZNGA has 2000 highly paid techies in its bloated work force, it does not necessarily follow that monetary success is close behind. In fact, much smaller and less bureaucratic outfits, where so-called creativity might dwell, probably have a better chance of success. A gaming addict now has so many choices, and any particular loyalty is a fleeting thing. Any never forget, 97% of all active users remain in freemium mode. If you want to flood their screens with endless and intrusive ads, they just move on elsewhere. In a heartbeat.

  • With leverage and margin debt at unprecedented levels, this market can and will sell off on a mere excuse, and many sharks now circle. Greece? China? Putin? Mideast? Currency woes? $35- oil? Pick your poison, but prepare fro a big ride down. ZNGA is a doomed stock for a host of reasons which I won't reiterate here. Deflation remains the central theme.

Yes, I am well compensated by my employer for the fluidity of my prose, and I'm quite proud of my work on this message board. There are some folks in Minnewaukan, North Dakota who are also quite happy. You are pushing on a string if you think you can prevent the ongoing ZNGA death spiral, but try as you may. Just wait until someone tries to offload a 10 million share block, even in an orderly manner. Ouch! Lack of liquidity will be ZNGA's major undoing. It trades thin just like the pink sheet issue it is. For every seller, there must be an active buyer. This isn't brain surgery.
