I will soon be down 30 bucks per share (bought at 74). Banking on experienced management team doing what is necessary to stay afloat. Hopefully drop won't be but 10 bucks or so more. I am getting a little nervous about dividend sustainability with negative earnings possible over next few quarters. Next conference call will be critical since at last one they mentioned impact hadn't showed itself yet. Worse is definitely yet to come. Last conference call mentioned that downturn might be like 2009 but it could be more like mid 1980's where oil price stayed low and flat for years. Obvious this may be unchartered waters will all the supply. Good luck to all.
I appreciate your insight. I have rode this down from 74. Should I have sold by now, sure. Can't walk away now even if we fall to 35. I'm banking on a 100+ year old company surviving. May rethink after earnings late April.
My plan is to buy 300 at 40 to average the 200 at 74 I own. This is painful but I'm not selling. Read entire transcript from previous cc and I will trust management to keep ship from sinking. Just gotta hold. Do we hit 40 or possibly 35?
Agree. Not related to any one stock. The posts are ridiculous. Still check once in a while but have moved on to StockTwits. Give it a try for serious discussions.
I've been wondering the same thing. Looked back a couple of years and found dividend end of Feb to 2nd week of March. No mention on co website.
