US Army Strong and US Pipe Strong? The Army doesn't cancel health insurance on their retirees. As a Vietnam veteran I find it obscene that they copy cat a military slogan. Honor is earned, not cheaply copied.
American Pipe proudly says they Honor their Word. Mcwane proudly honors their retirees, so shortchanging the retirees is the slick trick to get ahead, while copy catting the US Army? "In the back of their minds" they must know they lack the honor that they jealously crave that others have earned.

Right, the banks that hold the loans dictate the terms. Boiler plate terms. Even though there was no financial impact from US Pipe retiree's health insurance(tax deduction) the banks have had an agenda since 2008 to cancel US Pipe retiree's health insurance. Hyland has no choice but to implement orders from his illuminated masters. Why? To brighten the morning star and pay homage to illuminated financial geniuses. So what if the SEC document has a little confusion. Thats Ok harmless omission in the light of enlightenment at the 33 banks.

  • For some strange reason the US Pipe retirees had their hard earned promised health insurance cancelled. Does anyone know why? Who? On what grounds? Why does Wynchurch and US Pipe, not take the appropriate action to help protect their retirees from the Mueller dastardly actions? Is it funny to the leaders of Wynchurch and US Pipe? I don't know all the answers, but the root of all evil is the fear of standing up to the bullys and folks who steal a retirees life work for a few pieces of silver. Stealing a women's or mans life hard earned work is cowardly and indicative of socio-pathic mental disease.

Mueller water use to have ethics training, where booklets were passed out claiming that Mueller would not just do what is right but go beyond what is right. That they would do what is right in spirit , in deed, and action.
I guess they need to change the ethics training to say, "If it is wrong and you can get away with it, go for it.",
"Anything to meet the numbers", and "Bonus's require bending the rules". "Retiree's, veterans, widowers, are in the way". "Don't believe us ask our retiree's", "Trust? Thats the other guys problem", "Get the State of Alabama to pay for it".

Yea, The US Pipe retirees had their health insurance canceled by MWA, when US Pipe was sold. MWA had took the pension plan of 400 million, and then cancelled the retiree's health insurance. The SEC document claimed their was no retiree health insurance, that was wrong. The US Pipe retirees worked 30 years for their promise. Then the yankees came in and kicked the southerners in the gut, took their insurance, slapped their mamas, kicked the dog, and laughed all the way to the Mountain Brook Country Club, and the Club. The devils church absolved the yankees of their sins. The retires although few, stand up to the mighty MWA yankee dominated empire of darkness, that has swept over humanity with their yankee arrogance.

I guess that would be multiple errors on several fronts. I guess MWA would have to correct the payment terms to offset the errors. I assume there is a word for this but it escapes me, what is it? So would the bonus received have to be retroactively reduced? Who should be notified at the SEC? What about state agencies? In Calif, Alabama, Georgia? I am sure it is all a simple misunderstanding by zealous lawyers quick to cash in their 7% cut on the sale. But what the retirees without health insurance?
