I caution you to consider that as the dividend yield increases, the risk of the investment increases. Think about it............

This stock shows me every indication, from what I know, it is under priced today at $35.75. For the record I do own SWI and have no option positions and think management has done an outstanding job of running the company.

The key valuation is the net asset value (NAV). Whatever the fund in buying is losing value. Who are they buying over valued inventory from? Is it closely held or insider dealing?
We need to look at operations, accounting, and management for answers. This has been going on now for about 3-4 years. What has changed in that time? What needs to change going forward? I am looking forward to next earnings announcement for analysts to question on these topics...
