Thx for reply. I'm retired now. I was in retail and we used to bail cardboard for local pickup, and send lots of 'return' merchandise back in mostly empty trucks to 'return-goods-centers (RGCs). I thought it would be good to bail the plastic, load it in returning trucks, then send large consolidated loads to AERT. For stores close enough to AERT facility (and there were tons), retailer would get some cash from AERT, AERT gets plastic cheap, win win. Kind of easy stuff. Maybe someday the new kids will make it happen.

I agree AERT seems like it has a lot of potential but they don't seem to deliver. I wonder if they really care about growth or if they're just happy muddling along. I used to be a senior person at a very large company with massive amounts of plastic waste. I wrote AERT about 10 years ago about potentially working out logistics, etc., to get the plastic to them. We had thousands of trucks, often empty returning to DC's that could have been utilized; reverse logistics of sorts. They never returned any of my communications. Go figure. I still watch AERT, last year even made money trading AERT; looking again. But always remember they really didn't seem interested or care.
