Ridgeback's A$15m investment in Prima will be made in two parts:
On 05.14.15 Co. hands over %5 for approximately A$1.25m of Prima's issued shares which means that with today's outstanding shares of 40 million it would value the Co. at MC of $20M, but with the current crazy pump 40M x $2.50 = $100M !!!! So why wouldn't Prima sell shares on the market right now and solve all its' financing problems for years to come? Are they stupid or criminal pumpers are? Just asking ....ask yourself too!
actually this a big win for ROSG because it held back a long awaited licensing deals in Europe utilizing this patent. Berlin spoke about it very loudly when the initial patent was granted.
I share your impatience and exasperation, while the Co. is definitely taking a dramatic turn to an aggressive growth, the stock remains badly broken, beloved "sell the news" game of the street. So sad and unfair.
****** In any event, the deal does seem like it will be accretive to earnings in the long run.*****
So what would you attribute the projected 5 fold increase in revenue to $10-$12M in 2015 vs $2.5M gross billings in whole 2014, to a sudden organic growth? Even in the best case scenario of an exceptional success of thyroid test scheduled for Q3 the revenue and other collaborative products such a jump would be hardly imaginable. So this purchase must be highly accretive even in the short run even after taking into account additional general expenses and other associated overhead. Just wonder what is the logic behind your bitter claim?
Cooper should be running out of the building and hiding in his mama's basement. Matter is now out of his hands, the big boys are driving the wheelchair ..
That is a symbiotic set of products much suitable to be offered to a doc as a bundle to both - determine the origin and a type of the cancer and give a treatment advice based on the genetic specifics all in one test sample. There is a cost advantage if sold as a set versus as 2 separate tests thus could provide attractive value and boost sales.
The only thing actually left is for Deerfield to take possession of the Co. go chapter 11 into restructuring, getting rid of those cancerous crabs in the management and re-IPO a spin off. May be selling or licencing Surfaxin out. Otherwise it is finished, no more money to Cooper for anything.
Exactly them - the general, who else? They pulled the old trick - p&d as many times before and dumped on the open market when the trading volume jumped to twice of shares outstanding. Little guys bought in truck loads, than came back and averaged down and daily traders, shorts, Cantor and insiders dumped. Few are still holding and became investors, many sold at huge loss. As usual WS ruined lives of the unsuspected public.
what #$%$ loss are you talking about? Berlin transferred whatever bunch of stock to Cantor and the latter sold on the open market ATM after a pump arranged by Berlin also insiders sold tons of stock short on 2/17 and 2/18.
Did you listen to CC or read ER report? Berlin said that he sold 2.2 million shares @ $4.20 via Cantor on the open market under the ATM sales agreement. Same was in October. Cantor does not give a puke for this cockamamie stock. They just collude together "from time to time" to pump & dump and laugh all the way to the bank. He said nothing this time around this shmuck Berlin about quarterly results, he said - see you in 6 months. So there is no any mystery and nothing is up.
What are you talking about? Cantor sold (dumped) 2.2M shares on Berlin's behalf and we all combined have the controlling interest in this Co. Everyone holding this stock is deep under water, have no say and completely at mercy of the "news" thus a near dead stock as the next news in September
Yahoo message board is a mess, you can complain, explain and advise to them how to take care of spammers, but they never do a thing. I start my day by putting on ignore a bunch of SOBs pushing the same garbage sites that are easy to identify and block by a algorithmic scanner. It became nearly impossible to put those spammers on ignore either because the ignore just fails. Besides despite the ignore those on ignore still appear in the topics list - just comes to show how badly the board is implemented. It is time for Melissa to bid farewell
You just call a person here - idiot! The one who knows 1-- times more about this rat hole company than you! Shame on you! Cooper is a professional lair. FDA is on his #$%$ for the quality problems with this Surfaxin that is why there is no deal till the issue resolved and it will not any time soon.
You must be out of your mind, Sir! Name calling here?! Besides there was not a word on the "current" offer in his remark. There is no offer and hardly will be any at the present time. The price action speaks volume on the actual state of affairs ...
Many bagholders bought on hype in those 2 days of huge volume. Selling 2.2 million shares was easy. The stock is sitting on a long support line of $2.81 also 78.6% Fib. retracement from the recent troth to pick. Hope it can stabilize here and go sideways before a move higher, insiders will accumulate anew. But it seems like the major event will be only in the end of September - thyroid assay roll out. Till then ...God be with us!
Someone is just liquidating a stake in the Co and it looks like in a prearranged selling and buying huge blocks ...hell knows what is going on. There was supposed to be a sale of Surfaxin operations but it got stalled on FDA investigation of the quality concern and the buyer/partner took a pause till the issue clears. Prior to the announcement there was an expectation that the deal is about to close so there was a lot of buying so I guess now the deal has hit the rock setting off the selling ...
