Sierra posted "The earlier mentioned project to configure the N-Assay for one of the World's two largest medical technology companies has reached its final stages.

Earlier it was mentioned to be " one of the world's THREE largest...."

    Dec 2015

"...an innovator in the rapid detection, identification and determination of the antibiotic resistance and sensitivity of bacteria, is very pleased to announce that they have been contracted by one of the world's three largest global Medical Device manufacturers to customize the NanoLogix N-Assay, a unique modified ELISA diagnostic.

Here are some numbers from the past too , interesting almost exactly 5 years later !! Maybe this time things will work out better ?

"May 31, 2011: The company had a very successful exhibit at the American Society for Microbiology General Meeting in New Orleans last week. Interest was renewed with a Japanese firm and new interest was generated from various parties including the US Navy, US Army, USDA, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Atlanta).

Based on the success of the ASM and other business building activities, the company will be shipping BNP and BNF kits to the USDA next week for testing and to a major food processing company in a few weeks.."

"Nanologix is a speculative investment and I like the latest development."

And as a SPECULATIVE INVESTMENT it should be examined, and it should be put to the test with valid questioning of what was talked about in the past. Anyone who is against that shouldn't be calling something a SPECULATIVE INVESTMENT.

Three years ago, things were expects too back then. Hear anything from EPA lately ? I wouldn't start a victory dance yet. With all the things "expected" in the past, I EXPECT people will want to see the dollars before praising the company so quickly as you do.

"“NanoLogix products are at present being used on six classified Federal government projects, with expanded use expected this year. Those projects are funded by the United States Department of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency.”

“The N-Assay is a unique ELISA multiwell machine-readable assay that provides results for bacteria identification and antibiotic sensitivity in less than one hour with high sensitivity and specificity. Indications to date are that the N-Assay will provide rapid results for any bacteria for which an antibody exists. We at NanoLogix and the researchers using the N-Assay are very excited at this new development. The N-Assay is projected to provide a premier platform for Point-of–Care rapid diagnostics.”

What is really big WOW Is the company doesn't share news how well things are going in terms of updated financial news to perhaps help the PPS. Maybe they have numbers to support a better PPS ?

From that other board there are at least a couple claiming to have heard some kind of news of how things are going. If sales are increasing while the share price is dropping that would be indeed a big WOW !

    Hi all,
I also talked with BB and was also told that the FlatPack revenues are covering operating costs and that they are steadily increasing, Most of these are through Amazon so no Sales VP needed here.

'Looks like more of the same today Beach...guess a couple of folks don't want to hang around for N-Assay...I truly think N-Assay will hit the ground running by the end of the year. Called NNLX and talked to BB...said flatpack sales are enough for them to cover expenses and that flatpack sales are increasing

They might be in for a nice eye opener IF it goes the way N-Assay for viruses appears to have gone with no news for over a year.

"Jan, 2015 NanoLogix is pleased to share the following information:
In recent and ongoing work, researchers in the United States have confirmed the potential efficacy of NanoLogix's N-Assay as a rapid indicator for the presence of the current-threat strain of the Ebola virus, EBOV. The research demonstrates a sub-three hour result at present. Researchers are working to refine the test and reduce time-to-detection to facilitate the N-Assay's use as a Point of Care (POC) diagnostic for hemorrhagic and other viruses.

How can anyone pump something that has a history like this one does ? Just go through the PRs and Updates and see how things have worked out. Only thing that would help is if there was some kind of success they could brag about but where is any to be found ?

The current level is being supported because some believe N-Assay will work out. How long( more months) will the silence continue on that until more give up ? Wouldn't surprise me if the company announces something new and improve and will take even more time to develop,( "customize""refine" whatever fancy wording might be used).

Of course, you don't want to hear about the past. You're right there with Erick with the same ideas. Both of you spew the same garbage. And of course, people want to talk about the NOW. And the past which of course you don't want people to hear about has made the NOW which it is, 3 cents a share. Tough to handle for a twisted mind like yours.

In the PAST, Big talk from the company has resulted in almost nothing for the NOW. Do you even realize how warped your mind is ? Clinical study, EPA, NASA, foreign partners, on and on and what results to SHOW for the NOW ? It's silence.

Also, only a fool would talk about some gain for a day when the stock is down so far from where it was. LOL, Good luck with that.

erickarther wrote "Easy stock to bash for those with agenda to do so"

It wouldn't be easy to bash if they were successful and showed numbers to back it up. It has been nearly 4 years since that PR about going commercial and over 2 years ago since talk about foreign partners in Singapore and Saudi Arabia, which were those suppose to have huge markets opened up for the company, right ? I think one was estimated to have $900,000 in it's first year.

Even you believe the company to date hasn't enough to show for the shareholders. Seems like a long time to get results isn't it ? Doesn't seem like those in charge know what they are doing if indeed they have a superior tech to sell.

Should this be bashed ? I think people posting which you call bashing is people bring up valid questions/facts that shouldn't be ignored. You claim this is a speculative stock then by it's nature it's questionable and it should be examined as close as possible and what has happen in the past should be brought up and not attack with name calling with an attempt to prevent it from being read here.

  • omarhatesyou by omarhatesyou May 15, 2016 5:49 PM Flag

Remember that ? Will or has those two foreign partners in Singapore and Saudia Arabia gone the way that did ? After two years what has been update about them ?

Erick," selling products and developing clients", heard similar to that over 3 years ago. How's that working out for the shareholders ? Seems to be working at the tune of about 3 cents a share !

    From the Company's website
    April 2013
The past fifteen months have been highly successful for NanoLogix as it continues to develop new products and new markets. In that time, the company has advanced in a number of important areas, including development of new technologies, increasing sales and customer bases, and garnering substantial recognition in published research on NanoLogix products and techniques. We are excited by these developments and by additional new opportunities."

They weren't able to make it work ? Did they try to customize this and didn't put it off ?

Interesting, Erickarther tells me to get off the couch when it wasn't him who supposedly did the drive by. Be like Badbilly and believe what you want but I'm telling the truth about the co-working being in Youngstown and stopping by and taking a picture.

"The N-Assay is being made ready for the marketplace".....we heard about that a while back and still waiting.

    ""April 05, 2013:
NanoLogix plans to begin marketing this summer of their new N-Assay Multiwell Diagnostic test. The N-Assay is a machine-readable test that will be available in an assortment of size configurations for detection and identification of a variety of bacteria. Tests to date have provided consistent results in as little as 30 minutes with both high sensitivity and specificity."

I wonder if it will go the way of Like other things have ?

badbilly posted "No Commish/Jim/Notne/Omar /Keem- you see I was being sarcastic. I just figured as you/omar/jim/notne/Keem were trying to get people to believe your "co-worker" was cruising around in Hubbard Ohio that I would show you how ridiculous you are."

No, it's call lying. The truth is my co-worker, not any of those you mentioned, was there. He has been there before. He was in Youngstown on business and I had asked him before if he would check it out and he did and just a few weeks ago he checked it out again. You don't know how ridiculous you sound when you claim my co-workers are any of those named in your post. You allow your mind to believe what you want to believe.

Not sure why you would defend the company so much when their actions are the real reason you are down so much. Do you really think product is flying out the door like Erickarther friend saw ?

Rayludwiczak has claimed to have driven by the company in the past, I wonder what his view is ?? Why would someone who drove by in the past reduce his share by so much ?

Over on the Hangout board post 1963 by Ray and it reads
"Gentlemen, Ladies and Dreamers: Let me clarify. I am on no ones payroll and have sustained significant losses on this stock. I do maintain a relatively small amount of shares and have written off 90% keeping the remainder so that if by chance this ever takes hold I may someday breakeven. If not, oh well. Considering I've been involved for approx. 5 years and have seen nothing but decline, I do expect to occasionally post my perceived company failures until proven wrong. Waiting for financials and curious to see what amount if any has been paid in royalties on the flat pack. Like your posts, mine at this time are also speculation, based on history/experience, until numbers are released. Keep pumping, hope to break even. Sometimes the truth hurts.
